The directions to the cottage can be confusing for the driver. So it's best you give the host's contact number so she can guide them easily.

This cottage was something out of a dream! The views are gorgeous and you can find everything you need to cook a meal, or just cozy up and watch a movie without having to step out. But if you do, the town centre is a 10 minute walk away. The host is lovely & answered all our questions. Plus, the cutest little kitties joined us to make our stay extra special!

1. Location: Wrong location on the google maps. Google maps location was close to the center (all the stores, basic shops, & cafes are located their) however the cottage was quite far in reality. Booking.com location is actually the correct one. 2. Electricity: During out stay there was an electricity cut in Kazbegi. The was no back up electric generators for the property which ruins experience of the guest as we couldn’t use water, heater (it was freezing), chargers, & kettle in the morning. 3. Located beside a cemetery: Although we didn’t face any issue due to this and it entirely depends on individuals. I just wanted to highlight this as I was a bit uncomfortable when I had arrived.

The best thing about this stay was the view from the cottage and the furnishings of the cottage. All the utensils and equipment were available in the kitchen apart from that there was also barbecue and fireplace. Overall, the cottage was very nicely furnished.

best view and location. at the edge of the village but still a walking distance from everything you need - bank, supermarket and restaurants. great design and deco inside - beautiful carpets, bed sheets, lamps! all was beautifully picked. Anna was a great host, met us when we arrived and gave us tips about kazbegi. very quiet and cozy, we were super happy. thank you Anna!

There was no iron for clothes. Price was a little high. But maybe it was worth the view and peace!

It was great. Host was super nice , friendly and helpful. It was easy to contact the host. Cottage is beautiful and view is amazing! There is a kitchen where you can cook. Bed was really comfortable. I did not found a wifi password but we got it after asking it from the host.

The cottage was great. we really enjoyed the location and stunning view. The cottage is beautifully furnished and felt warm and cozy inside. The temperature was good upstairs and downstairs and comfortable for sleeping. Ana was great to communicate with and kindly let us change our booking when the road was closed, she also communicated its police and let us know when the road was again open. We really appreciated this. There is also a very friendly cat visitor :)

There's a steep muddy and icy stair you have to climb to access the property from the street. Something to consider if you are pregnant, overweight, not used to walking on ice or if you are travelling with heavy luggage.

The view from the cottage is breathtaking and it located in a quiet place and walking distance from main street where groceries, shops are located. The owners were super helpful and communication was fluid. They assisted with all we needed.

Amazing brand new cottages with great hosts who went above and beyond to help us with any request we had. Just a few minutes walk to grocery store, ATM and restaurants. The first thing you see when you wake up is the breathtaking view on Mount Kazbegi. Perfect romantic vacation for any time of the year. Highly recommended. We will surely return :)

but the heating system is super inconvenient - you have to turn on the heating on maximum and then the first floor still stays cold (it got a bit warm only by the end of my stay of three days) and the second floor gets all the warm air and becomes unbearably hot and dry and suffocating so I was waking up few times at night to drink water because I was getting dehydrated and even opening the window even though outside was -4 because you can't breathe and then you get sick but sitting in the chilling area at the first floor - you need the heating on + the blankets

the house is very cute and everything the hosts are very welcoming there are a lot of shops around and the kitchen is equipped for cooking Also there is a very cute cat:)
