The best in Mestia! Totally worth staying in this hotel. First, the staff is lovely and helpful, the comfort is guaranteed and the space for chilling, playing or whatever is huge! The hotel has very good wifi signal, and I was able to have online meetings and work. Will come back!

This time around it was a bit cold in the room. But we were given an extra heater so the problem was solved.

This is the 3rd time we book this hotel. It is all new, big comfortable rooms, nice big beds and great common spaces for warm and cold weather. The hotel is also not far away from major Mestia hiking tracks so you don’t need to travel through all the city to hike or go back from track.

Nobody was there for the check in and we tried more than once to call them and nobody was there when we wanted to pay. There should be a receptionist.

I'm not sure if it's a thing in the Georgian backcountry or not but we didn't receive room service which was a bit of a bummer, now if only there was room service i would've definitely given a 10, and if it's a thing known across Georgia that's it's unncommon to have room service then disregard this altogether.

Everything was really good, the staff were really nice and the breakfast was spectacular, hotel was perfectly located and had new furniture. Really good value for money

I had only one concern: the bed was extremely firm, making it feel as if I were lying on the floor. Additionally, I'd like to offer a suggestion—having a fridge in every room would be a nice addition

Hotel Eden is a fantastic place to stay in Mestia; every inch of it is sparkling clean. It boasts a perfect location, situated far enough from the city center to offer tranquility, yet close enough for a convenient walk.

The bathroom is wet. Couldn't find the host at reception, happen that he is in the room on the first floor, a notice or a sign would be nice. Cash only, no credit cards accepted.

The Room is Spacious. The common space is big with a nice balcony for chill out. It feels more like home.

Had a great time here. Would strongly recommend this place. Had a huge room with high ceiling which was crucial during these hot days in Mestia. Close to everything, shops, restaurants etc. Big thanks to Efi for all his help and advice 😊

What i didn't like was that TtV isn't in the room and you can watch it in the hall, in a public area.

The location is perfect. Very friendly and good staff. There is no water and coffee in the room, but in the hall there is a big coffee maker and you can use it anytime. Also water can find there. Rooms are spacious.

The room balcony seemed redundant as there was no view or outdoor furniture.

After an initial hiccup when we struggled to get into the property (tip - if the front door is closed, just pull it harder to open as it’s a bit sticky), we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Eden. Our room was huge and well-appointed with a super comfy bed. There was a shared TV room with coffee/tea provided as well as an outdoor balcony area for chilling out. The staff were great about arranging an early breakfast and lunch box. They also stored our luggage until we returned and let us use the common spaces while we were waiting for our bus. We’d definitely stay here again if we ever returned to Mestia.

It was a bit muggy in the room. The hotel ordered a marshrutka for us in the morning, but the driver forgot to pick us up. We had to do quite a detour because of that. I would advice to go directly to the station when ordering a marshrutka, just to be sure.

Very friendly staf, especially the lady that makes the breakfast and cleans te room. Very tasty breakfast, wonderful! Nice spacious rooms! Nice common area with a fridge!
