We were there outside the high season so the pool was closed (like in every other hotels). The rest was great: pretty view from the balcony, good breakfast, 1 min walk to the beach, nice staff. I recommend!

The on ramp to get into the hotel is very stip, needed to get baby out of the stroller to walk up or down. All bathrooms had a constant smell of sewage and it wasn't repaired 😞 not sure it can be fixed. Some of the bathrooms were missing a shower door.

The hotel is located across the street from the beach, a 3 minute walk only! Has a good size pool! We had 3 rooms, one needs to ask for room service in the morning to have the room cleaned in the late afternoon, which was a bit inconvenient but when it was cleaned, they did a fabulous job! The hotel has an elevator, which was a big plus for us because of the stroller. Rooms were good size.

The location was great! The room was tiny for three but clean and fully equipped. The breakfast was delicious and diverse. The pool and area around it was clean and comfortable.

It was an amazing stay! Rooms are cleaned well, with heating which works perfect. We enjoyed cafe near the swimming pool which is closed from wind at winter time; it is very comfortable to sit there with friends or watch football match. Also you can buy there very good home wine. Host is very attentive to each guest and super friendly. Definately will come here again.

Clean and comfortable apartments for good price. Neat and organized area around the hotel. You can find caffe “nabeghpsvi” (магнолия) with super dishes and low prices right next to the hotel.

Very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional and host was very friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The room was well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. The hotel facilities were great for children and family. You won’t regret staying at this hotel, it’s just amazing! Will be back to this place soon

Had a wonderful time! I like your hotel, your terrace and super friendly host! It’s a very nice place to relax, the backyard with pool is amazing. Breakfast is also very delicious. Location is great, easy access. I am very satisfied, much more than I expected.

This hotel is on the top of my list of best stays ever. Location is perfect, area around the hotel is very green, so you can enjoy walking around. Staff was very hospitable, feeling like you are at home. In the hotel they have all you need for perfect stay. Swimming pool has heating, so you can be there if the weather is not ok.

Very small room and bathroom; No shower curtain so the water is all over the bathroom; Would be nice to have cups and electric kettle in the room (you have to ask for it); Very cheap construction of the building so you see cracks in the walls, poor paint job and a lot of noise (our windows were facing the pool and it was noisy at night);

Great location close to the beach, small shops and local restaurants; Pool was great. It was clean and water was warm. The weather and the sea are unpredictable but the pool is always there to save your vacation; There is a bar at the pool and pool never closes Breakfast was very filling; The owner is very warm and inviting; The sea and the beach are clean. Pebbles are great, we were hesitant about rocky beach but now it is my favorite kind

I loved my whole time here. It was great.

They treated me like I was their most important guest. They were very friendly and they looked after me and my friend, making us feel great all the time. Pool was wonderful, clean and available all the time. They checked it everyday for chlorine and ph. The food was delicious and the best complementary breakfast i ever had at a hotel.

1) soundproofing was terrible, we had to turn on a TV each time cause we heard literally everything our neighbour said, every sneeze etc :( 2) some sockets in the room were of bad quality, they fall off the wall and were dangerous 3) in the bathroom shower screen doesn't close fully so water flows everywhere on the floor during the shower 4) breakfast was quite simlpe, but for this price I didn't wait more

1) price was quite good 2) there was really mountains and see view (but make sure it is not construction view cause there's also that option:)) 3) not bad furniture 4) staff was friendly and qualified

The bed sheets and bedding needs replacement as they are all have holes since stitches could not endure the amount of washing and perhaps visitors. The blankets are also need replacement since it is to thin for winter. I recommend to buy all identical blankets pillows and bedding and you will forget about the headache to match blankets and bedding.

I liked the girl at the reception. She is from Ukraine and I wish we could haved talk. Most surely our views would be extremely opposing to each other but I can't but mention that I liked her a lot as she was very nice and friendly and full of energy. Thank you for your friendly and cheerful smile!

მომსახურე პერსონალი მხოლოდ რუსულად საუბრობდა. არასასიამოვნო სუნი იყო მთელს სასტუმროში და აბაზანაც არ იყო სუფთა.

კარგია რომ საუზმეც შედის ფასში, მაგრამ უკეთესი იქნებოდა მენიუში ყოფილიყო რამდენიმე სახის საჭმელი მაინც. ყავაც რომ შედიოდეს და ცალკე თანხის დამატრბა არ გვიწევდეს კარგი იქნებოდა.
