The room isolation do not exist - you can hear your neighbour talking on phone etc. It is a bit overrated, imo.

The location is very convenient. Room was very clean, equipped with all necessary. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The room we stayed in was kind of small for my taste. Early in the morning during breakfast preparation it was possible to smell the food in the room. Probably through the air ventilation system. The smell was good, breakfast served by the hotel is amazing, however, it woke me up several times during my stay.

Visitors with mobility issues should be aware that the hotel is located on a very, very steep street. The ventilation in my room was not strong enough to pull out all the humidity, it felt. But this was not a major complaint for me.

The ambiance of the hotel is great. It feels personalized and cozy. Family values are accentuated throughout the hotel. The housekeeper tidied up my room impeccably. Staff members were warm and polite. The breakfast setup looked cute and the choice was good. The view from the breakfast area is great. During the warm months you can sit on a small terrace. The far away city view from my window (with a balcony) was so great!

Very cosy hotel, nice views, clean, helpful staff (English and Russian spoken). Highly recommend. A few steps from metro Rustaveli down the street and less than 10 mn up the street you can find some coffeeshops and nice shops.
