Unfortunately there were no signs at the house so when I arrived late I could not find where to go and had to ask someone from the village for help.

Perfectly located near the centre of Mestia, so you can start your hikes directly from the apartment. The room had plenty of space and was spotless. I had a fridge and an oven to cook for myself as well as a nice table to sit at. Best of all was the heating, because when I was there the nights were around 0° Celsius. The Host was very friendly and asked me every morning if everything was ok.

Really good and comfortable stay, especially if you plan to stay in long term, the studio rooms have all the necesary facilities and are really comfortble and spacious, with small kitchen outlet. The staff was super helpful in every need we had, overal really good stay for Mestia

It was a really hot day and we missed a refrigerator, but when we asked for it we could use the fridge in the kitchen. That was all fine for us.

A nice room, very clean and with a fantastic good shower! All new. Breakfast was very good, even too much. It as fresh made and with a lot of variety: really good to go for a hike!

I can't think of anything. This is one of the best hotel experience that I have had in my life.

Loved absolutely everything. This is a new medium sized hotel located in the centre of Mestia, it's close to everything but still quiet. Rooms are spotless clean and spatious. Bathroom is clean and bright. Breakfast prepared freshly is absolutely delicious and varying. On top of everything the place has a stunning terrace that will turn soon into a lovely cafe. But what's most important, Freeze Inn has absolutely wonderful owner/host - Irma. Caring and friendly person who is ready to help with everything to make your stay even better. The room is nice and spacious. Comfortable bed. The facilities are good. We also could use the washing machine which was much needed after a few days of hiking. We stayed there twice during our time in Mestia.The owners are very responsive and kind. You get good breakfast included in the price. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

Huge thanks to the hosts: Irva, Monika and Nicolas! The most welcoming, kind, friendly and helpful. Really delicious home-made breakfasts. Nice , comfortable and clean rooms, very spacious, windows with a mountain view. And a big roof top terrace with a really beautiful view. 10 out of 10 and will definitely come back! Good location in Mestia , 5-10 minutes of cozy walk to all the restaurants and places.

It would be nice to tell some iformations about when the marshutkas are leaving to particular places - to zugdidi it is always at 8 and 12 am for 30-40lari from the center. Some guest houses offer managing drivers to trips to ushguli with ofthe drivers, even picking them up from the places where the guests are staying

Hosts very welcoming, we arrived very late, but they picked us up after midnight without any problem and made us tea. Breakfast was very tasty. The room was fine, beds comfortable and bathroom clean, the room we got had a small kitchen area too.

We spent here very priceless time. All the people are very nice, wiling and helpful. The breakfast was the best we ate in Georgia :) Rooms are very clean, modern and new. There is gonna be a bar on the rooftop with a view on Mestia. Highly recommend you this accommodation! We will come back for sure <3
