It was very nice time. Giorgi is a nice host and friend. He is very kind and helpful person and his mother also very lovely and nice. Hotel Garbani is one of the best choice for kazbegi travel. Hotel's room condition and public spaces like kitchen, living space, garden etc are very nice. And there is lovely villages and beautiful mountains view. You can see.

The place is very clean and spacious. The View from balcony is unbearable. Very nice host, we were even invited to taste the home made wine. It is located 7-10mins from Stepantsminda, very quiet, perfect if you drive your own car.

On our fourth day in Georgia, we ventured to Kazbegi, choosing this hotel based on its stellar ratings on booking.com. Nestled in the charming Gurbani village, it's in close proximity to the majestic Kazbegi mountain range. The location is nothing short of perfection, offering breathtaking views of the mountains, and the tranquility surrounding the hotel is unparalleled. Originally planning just a one-night stay, our entire experience changed upon meeting Mr. Giorg, the owner. His warm and friendly nature, along with the high standards and facilities of the hotel, convinced us to extend our stay by three more days. The rooms were not only impeccably clean but also surprisingly new. The kitchen facilities included everything we needed, making our stay even more comfortable. Mr. Giorg went above and beyond by treating us to homemade wine and chacha, and he took the time to enlighten us about the local culture, geography, and much more. Our lack of knowledge about the area's attractions didn't pose a problem, as Mr. Giorg offered us a fair price for sightseeing trips using his own vehicle. Being in his company also brought us additional benefits, as his family is widely known and respected in the area. We couldn't be happier with our stay and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone seeking a memorable and enriching experience in this beautiful region.

The owner, the view, the hotel itself is amazing!! A must to stay to and definitely gonna come back for any season. Cleanliness is 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 and they also have adorable huge dogs 😍. I have accidentally left my purse in a nearby restaurant and he went all the way to come and find the purse and wired all the cash to me the next day in Tblisi! It was a superb service! The bathroom had sometimes a bad smell.

Very friendly host!! He gives good advice for hiking. The hotel is situated a bit outside Stephantsminda, 5-10 minutes by car. You have a beautiful view of the mountains and can hike up from there to Kazbegi mountain. Lot of space in the Hotel. There is a kitchen to use, a balcony for each room, and a tv to watch movies.

Signage to get to the hotel is a little unclear--the hotel's name is at the front of the street, but don't go all the way to the grey gates at the back to get in. You're looking for the black gates just to the left instead. Kitchen equipment is a little sparse--we could have used a second cutting board and a larger knife, as well as a frying pan, but it was enough.

Nice guest house, friendly owners, clean, and the other visitors were all polite. We were very happy to have a kitchen and washing machine available.

The building is build of wood, so you can hear people walking. At our stay there was a problem with the shower tap. It’s supposed to be fixed.

The staff were very kind, and went out of there way to help us. The location is beautiful with an amazing view. Very quiet and calm.

A nice pretty country house in a quiet location with a mountain view. It's got all facilities including good internet connection. So, you'll enjoy the nature and stay connected at the same time. But don't forget to buy your food or snack in advance, as there's only one small market nearby. Good choice for a group of travelers (like 2 or 3 families) to book the whole place.

The location was perfect for our expectations.

Dinner (we didn't have breakfast) was lovely. Thank you very much to the owner of the guesthouse, George, for the warm welcome. We were accepted, despite the fact that we arrived very late. It is convenient that the guesthouse is located very close to the highway, but at the same time it is quiet in it. There is also a beautiful view of the mountains from the veranda. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I am usually afraid of freezing at night, but here I had no chance - there were blankets in reserve.
