The street between the hotel and the garden is loud.

We enjoyed very much the tour wirh the general manager to Mestia. And also the terrace restaurants with the very friendly staff. We felt very comfortable.

The main minus is that the exact location point on booking.com is invalid! We used a navigator to walk from the station, because it was (supposedly) nearby, and it was strange to find some small shops instead of the hotel ))) The real point is about 1 km further, not on Rustaveli st. The room itself and the bathroom were slightly 'tired" and dark. Also, to add some decoration in the room (pictures, photos) would be useful because now it looks too boring in my point of view.

The place is the best in town, the other side of the street is a beautiful park and the famous palace, which we could reach in about 5-10 minutes (so, 'Garden view' - it's not an inner yard, it's a street and big garden). A beautiful modern building. It was a nice breakfast in a cozy restaurant on the top floor with a summer terrace! We have a good choice of food. But the coffee from the machine was at a separate price. Very hospitable personnel was helpful every time.

The noise was pretty full on from party on the rooftop, there seemed to be young people running around the hallways of the hotel not just the upper level. However, it all died down by midnight and it didn't bother me too much as that's when I go to sleep anyway. The breakfast wasn't the best quality.

I found all of the staff incredibly friendly and helpful - from reception to cleaning staff, to in the restaurant. Contrary to some reviews, most of the staff do in fact speak English and we had no trouble with any requests. The rooms came with toiletries and bottled water and bathrobes.

Room was small but we only paid for a standard double. The top of the hotel has fantastic multi-tiered outdoor eating and bar areas and must therefore be very popular for parties etc. If you are in a room near the top floors when there is an event on I would imagine you won't be getting an early night !

Proper city hotel with professional management and very good value for money. Breakfast was really good and provided in a top class restaurant setting.

Window-sills. Night was rainy, our window was opened. So our room was flooded in hour. Sometimes non-attentive and not polite stuff. Waiters two times bring us not our dish, And we noticed afterwards, that overdishes was included to the bill (authough they said - it's for free)

I paid for a higher class room , where was provided the basic category room, this is the main problem when the bookings are made through 3rd party, you select something and you get something else, hotel property is also to be blamed as they know they are charging for a higher class room but still provide you a lower category room.

The location is excellent: just next to the main boulevard and across the Dadiani palace and park. Rather attractive hotel, which could easily be labeled 'excellent' considering it isn't located in the capital. Great helpful staff, comfortable beds and very nice bathrooms. Standard rooms are somewhat basic, but considering the price the quality is very very good. Highly recommended.

Overall management was very bad. We stayed two days and two days the breakfast was not in time. First of all announced time of the breakfast was absolutely not suitable: from 9 to 11.00 am, while in most of the hotels it starts at 7.00 or 7.30 the latest. Even in this time the breakfast was not ready, and staff suggested to us to come in 20 min. First day the breakfast was very scarce. Second day situation repeated and the breakfast was not ready until 9.30 am. Finally we rejected it as we had intensive program and had to go. We requested to return us money for the breakfast that was returned, staff acknowledged they mistake.

I liked only location that was excellent!
