Staff not speaking English to a communicative degree, except for one person who tried to communicate in that language. This constituted a major impediment to communication. Offering the same breakfast again and again - for guests staying more than 2 days.

Close to the airport and local shop but far from the centre and the sea. Good working air conditioning. Good size the room and bathroom. Good local food for dinner and supper.

Firstly, it is close to airport and staff is very friendly and helpful. It doesn't take too much time to get to city center even by bus. It is possible to have breakfast paying little amount.

Hotel was further from main attractions. Room was too small. and there was a weird smell everywhere. Breakfast was mediocre... bathrooms were smelly too..staff din know english.. i wouldnt recommend thid hotel for a holiday

Room: We had booked a family room. we were in contact with all through the way from Tbilisi. When we reached the hotel they informed us the room we booked was not available. They gave us 2 small rooms instead. As we have two kids we had to stay in two separate rooms. The bathrooms were really small and stinky. Very cheap quality toiletries. Breakfast: Very minimal and limited breakfast. All the items were cold. Nothing for kids like cereals, juice, etc.

Besides writing about having the soundproof, they didn't provide it. When I came to the apartment, there were some bugs and mini-flies that were annoying me a lot. The bad was moving a bit and making noise because oh hitting the wall when you are turning at night (while sleeping) so I was waking up because of that.

In general, the conditions are worser than you can see in the pictures. Haven't got the room that have ordered. The room was not cleaned all 5 days. Very low options of the food for breakfast.

Writes that 4 star hotel, but in reality at best 2 stars. Breakfast is awesome, there is nothing to eat, the water does not run out after a bath and the bathroom floor is floating. The hotel smells of smoke. Didn't like the hotel and wouldn't recommend it to others.

I think they were understaffed as they seemed very tired . Our room was ready a bit late but to be fair, we told them we were going out and wouldn’t check in to our room before leaving since we had arrived early, but when they said it would only take them 20 minutes, we decided to wait for the room but didn’t tell them that’s why we hadn’t left and were sitting in the lobby, so that’s really on us.

Everything was great. Great value and provides everything you need. Helpful staff who seemed tired but still did their best to make us feel welcome. Our room didn’t have a balcony so they offered to give us a room that had one but we preferred having separate beds to having a balcony, still it was very nice of them to give us the option.
