You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

SerbiaAlthought it is decent hotel, facilities could be slightly better. Hotel surroundings are so-so.
Great staff, with good English knowledge, manager greeted us when arriving later than planned and was very helpful throughout our short stay. Hotel is comfortable with all the facilities needed for a short time stay. Decent breakfast, with tasty honey-cookies :) strong wifi.

Everything that you read about the host is true. He is an amazing person. Super welcoming, helpful and kind. And yes, his home wine is wonderful. Super comfortable mattress.

United Arab EmiratesThe lift was not working for all of the three days I stayed. Although the breakfast was included, they was no arrangement unless asked / requested. The room was not cleaned for any of the three days I stayed.
The hotel was in a quiet place and I could have good rest in the nights after being out all day. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. They arranged for a taxi to transfer me to airport promptly.
