Nice experience to stay in a fortress, with very nice (and beautiful) spa facilities open from 6PM to 10PM. We almost had the wellness for ourselves.

The breakfast was on the bland side (and didn't start until 9.00am) and the mattresses were hard. Also the spa facilities were only open from 6-10pm.

The location of this hotel is mind blowingly cool! Right in the castle and the views from the rooms into the courtyard are fantastic. The town is decent too. It's definitely worth paying to see the other half of the castle.

Only three saunas were working in the spa, but this is probably normal because this is not an active tourist season

The rooms could use a bit of maintenance.

The hotel is located in the old castle. Old and new have merged very impressively here. The hotel is beautiful, the spa area is fantastic, various steam saunas, Finnish sauna, whirlpool... Unfortunately we were almost the only guests and the staff was very reserved. The restaurant was very good, the service speaks good English and is very friendly.

Perfect spot for some relaxation and its location is beyond one’s expectations. It was right inside the castles premises. Totally worth the money and the food was good.

The stuff was rather unfriendly. They could hardly find our booking although there were very few guests in the hotel. The spa is open only from 18.00-22.00.

The hotel is located within the walls of the castle. Quite spectacular! If coming by car, go up till the main entrance, there are parking spaces there.

The noise from the corridor is annoying, and would be good to have a bottle of water in the room too.

I have been staying at this hotel for several years now. It is nice and not many hotels in the area are as good as this one. It has small spa facilities, several saunas and a hot tub. The hotel is in the fortress, and has access to the museum and old mosque. The food in the restaurant is very nice too.

Everyone who’s giving low grades is not being fair. The standards of hospitality are not the same in Georgia to EU or USA so take that in consideration. They are doing good but need to step up for complete satisfaction of more demanding/richer guests.

The location is perfect, such a beautiful place. Rooms were big and spacious, staff nice and food at the restaurant delicious. I wish we could have stayed another night.

The spa visit was a disappointment. Jacuzzi was lukewarm, out of 5 saunas, only one was working properly. Finnish sauna was not working at all.

During check out a staff member goes to your room to check himself if you really did not use anything from the minibar as stated. This is so…outdated and distrustful towards the customer. Please stop this!

Really nice hotel in the middle of the beautiful castle. The Spa is a nice bonus and we liked the breakfast too.
