The building was so nice balcony , cleaned, comfortable. It’s not far from Mestia downtown. The breakfast was so delicious and had too many dishes. The front desk and hotel management were so nice and extremely helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay again there in the future

It's located at the beginning of Mestia, so to get to the center is a bit of a walk. No big issue, but one should know about it.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is located less than a mile from the city center in a very quiet area. The room was clean and tidy with all the necessary appliances and a great view of the mountains. The breakfasts were very tasty and hearty, combining traditional Georgian and international dishes. There was a power outage in the city for a few days during our stay due to heavy snow, but the hotel has a generator so we had no problems with room heating or charging our devices. But the best thing about this hotel is the stuff, they went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

When we stay in the hotel, Wi-Fi didn't work. But in this wonderful place you should have a lot of hiking so it is not a problem)))

Very clean, comfortable and new rooms with cozy design. Comfortable beds. Kettle, fridge, water and tea are in the room. Staff is very nice and friendly Tasty breakfast includes different dishes and allows to choose whatever you want

The breakfast provided was superb though we could see some people were having coffee's / food made specially for them. The language barrier meant we did not avail ourselves of any bespoke options.

Great view from balcony which was provided with a small table and two chairs. Full size fridge that really worked well to keep Beers super cold. Friendly professional staff. All in all really good value for money.

I was from the beginning of my trip amazed by Hotel staff. Room was very good equipped with lovely views. Breakfast was very delicious, especially traditional food. Hotel was very mobilized with transportation. I recommend this lovely Hotel to everyone.

No major complaints. A shower curtain would work well in the bathrooms. The hotel is working on establishing more routines and systems after Covid delay, so more good things to come!

Good location, new building, clean, great top story lounge with lovely views. Good breakfast, friendly staff, helpful with arranging excursions. Very connected and knowledgeable about the Svaneti region.

The best hotel I've been to in Mestia! Polite and hospitable staff who are always ready to help and solve all issues. It is very important. The hotel is clean, with spacious rooms and nice beds. The room has all the accessories that meet the standard. A great terrace with a bar where you can sit after a busy day and enjoy delicious wine. And of course, the morning breakfast, delicious and varied, lots of choice! Thank you for the best days!
