There was a bit of a a smell in the bathroom and the breakfast offering could have been better, do example, fresh bread.

The lady at reception was lovely. The property is a lovely old heritage building and it is good to see that it is being preserved. The room was very comfortable and we had a very relaxing stay.

The beds were a bit hard. We had to wait for new coffee (it runs out) with our breakfast both times.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. The location looked great. The spa was a nice addition.

The quality of the amenity cotton was very bad.

Location was perfect. The receptionist was able to speak English and very kind. I arrived at the hotel earlier than check -in time, but they allowed me to enter the room. I had a big luggage so it was very helpful.

That is amazing place to stay. The building is beautiful and historic, location is outstanding, it’s just a few steps from Borjomi park. The staff is welcoming. The room was nice, it has all we needed, even a fridge with mini-bar. This place also has SPA and it’s modern, clean, beautifully decorated and you stay there only with your family.

Elisa, on reception, was so informative, pleasant and friendly, nothing was too much for her. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and elegantly decorated, situated just outside Central Park. Use of spa and sauna included in your stay. You won’t get a better place to stay in Borjomi if you want elegance, history and comfort.

Breakfast was the only downside of this property. On the first day, we had alacarte breakfast. Water was available, teas n coffees you can dispense yourself. It was very average. We had a buffet breakfast the next day. It was also unimpressive with the quality n service. Some important points - We were on the 3rd floor, and there is no lift and must access stairs as heritage property, so please check with mobility issues. We couldn't find the fitness centre as mentioned though we looked for it.

We stayed in Room 301 on the third floor with the view to the Borjomi park entrance. The room had a very comfy bed and the right amount of heating that could be turned off or regulated under the flap. The walkway was a shared balcony, another lovely view to look at. The bath n toiletries were lovely, very clean with bathrobes, slippers n all amenities. Throughout the stay, there was good service and communication, an efficient check-in, and they showed us around the property at check out so we could discover the suite upstairs. Parking is free everywhere on the streets, but you may need to pay tips for unofficial parking wardens, please ask at the hotel.. The hotel has small parking in the garden. There is an Iron and laundry room downstairs. But an iron and board were given in the room too.You can request extra amenities like razor, shaving cream, etc. TV instructions were given properly, and HDMI worked so one can watch YouTube n Prime. Another highlight was the spa access we had once daily included with the room steam, sauna, jacuzzi , bucket shower - we loved it!! Stunning breakfast room (instaworthy!)

Breakfast could be better for this price. There was no hot water for tea and coffee, when we came at about 10. In 10 min a waiter came and it turned out boiler was off, he turned it on and we need to wait 10 more minutes to get hot water.

The historical building is just amazing, it is the main reason, I’ve chosen this hotel. Rooms was large and nice.

Breakfast was very delicious, I can order it from menu, so they were preparing individual for each person. Spa need to order but its nice hot batch, sauna and steam room, so very relaxing and great design. Close to Borjomi spring water

Most of all I like the historic building (Firuza). I literally fell in love with it. Inside it is the same esthetic as outside: every single thing. I also like the Spa, consisting of Sauna, Steamer, Jacuzzi.

Room was very hot even though the heater was off , I believe the whole was heated through one system . Even when we opened the window it was so hot . Temperature outside was around 4c . Privacy in the rooms needs to be improved , even with curtains are closed still people outside the room can see everything inside . In general such comments will not stop me from staying at this amazing hotel again and again
