The property was beautiful, and super relaxing, but what makes the stay worth is by the friendly charm of Nina, who ensured everything was well taken care. Nina had solutions for all traveller requirements. I had read so much about Nina in past reviews, and they were so right about her. It would be such a shame to come to Kazbegi and not meet Nina- a friend for life. One will never regret staying in Kazbegi for its view, comfort and warmth. It’s a home away from Home

The hotel is very new and well designed. The rooms are huge and tastefully decorated. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful and comfy stay - felt homely. Good parking on-site. Highly recommeded.

There was nothing I did not like

This hotels exceeded my expectations as it offers excellent value to quality ratio. Although prices are very affordable you get a room comfort level of a 4star hotel. Rooms are designed in a high decorative order with state of art bathroom facilities. Bedding, toiletry and hairdryers are of a hight quality and it’s exceptionally clean. Last but not least, hotel is run by professional hotel staff - manager Nina is really helpful and friendly .. Staying in this hotel has greatly contributed to overall great quality of my hiking trip to Georgia… all 10 stars!!!!

Pity that not all of the hotel rooms have Mountain Kazbegi view, it's a great attraction in the area. But in addition to your stay you can find a terrace for coffee here or elsewhere.

One of the greatest locations for everybody who falls in love with mountains. Magician Kazbegi right before you. Some hotel rooms have this wonderful view. It is rather new hotel. It operates as family hotel - cozy and warmly welcoming. Great breakfast would be specially prepared for you. And in Georgia they know the best in eating - from the very morning till forever. Comfortable parking.

The property is lovely, spacious rooms and a very comfortable stay. The host Nina was great! She organised a barbecue for the guests which was a great way to meet fellow travelers. We had a lovely time and would highly recommend the place.

This place was such a surprise. I booked it, but I only saw the first photo, I was so happy to walk in and see a stunning room. I extended my stay because I felt so comfortable here. The staff was approachable and helpful, the location offered a nice view and was easily walkable from the main Street.

Kazbegi is an amazing area. Graf is a Beautiful house and our room was comfortable and quiet. The manager Nina was friendly, professional and welcoming. She offered a lower floor room to make it easier for my mother. She recommended a very nice restaurant 3 minutes walking from the house.

My room was beautiful and well appointed, and you just can't beat the view (see photo)! The staff, especially Nina, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They even invited us out to the yard area for snacks, wine, and chacha (see photo). I did not want to leave!

It was very hot during the day and the room did not have any fan/air conditioner. Hope the hotel can improve on this part only!

Fantastic location with a great view! The staff of the hotel (Nina and her team) were very courteous and we had a great time! They had set up a bonfire at night and invited all guests and it was a great experience with traditional georgian wine and Chacha! Memorable experience!

A small thing, but other guests can be heard moving around in the room/floor above. The hotel can be a little difficult to locate at first but once you know where it is it is easy to access.

Nice big airy comfortable room. No meal options with the booking but they do have a kitchen for general use. There is also a cafe and mini market options close by. Attentive helpful staff.

- The room is so big and nice, with a beautiful view from the windows. - Good food, I was surprised that the food could be served to the room. - Great customer services. I had both my shoe soles detached on the way to Kazbegi, and the glue I bought did not work. Vito helped buy some new glue, gave it to me for free, and he tried his best to fix them. He was so kind and so nice, this made my stay at Graf Kazbegi unforgetable.
