Super friendly and lovely staff. Ana went above and beyond and contacted us before arrival to make sure everything is organised. Although we made a mistake and booked the rooms for a day later, she was so helpful and changed the reservation quickly and with no hassle. Everything went super smoothly and we absolutely enjoyed our stay. We were a group traveling by bicycle and they even helped to store our bicycles safely during our stay. Highly recommended. This place location is perfect. Everything you need is close to you - the sea, the Black Sea Arena, food shop right across the road. The staff is great, very nice, helpful and friendly attitude. ✨ My room was clean, there was a good air conditioner, no shortage of soap, clean towels and all this stuff. Good breakfast, I really liked the taste of everything I tried. Furthermore the breakfast hours are not too early! It was wonderful, I'm not an early morning person at all.) Absolutely recommend the place.

The fridge was very smelly even if it's not open, we discovered it too late in the evening to ask to change the room. No chair in the room.

The location of the hotel is perfect, very close to the sea. Supermarket is in front of the place. Good design of the room. A lot of places for storage in the room. Very helpful staff, did their best to solve our problem!

The beach was 400 meters far from the hotel. The view from the balcony was the building.

The construction of the shower is such that however you take it, the water will be all over the floor. The mop in the corner is there for a reason. 'Double bed' is, in fact, two beds put together. You'll feel it and will only be able to sleep on one of the 'halves'. Interiors outside the rooms where designed by someone else, so they look significantly less stylish and way cheaper.
