Everything were good. Only the location would be hard for those who don't have care. But there is bus station there. And near beach and garden so it seems you are in very beautiful garden separate from batumi.

The ppl were too nice. Very beautiful view. I feel so comfortable. If you have care I definitely recommend it. Very hospitality group. With breakfast and they provide everything you need.

There is nothing to fault in the property .

the location of the property is away from city , green & beautiful view. it is up on hill, cozy and comfortable place. if you are looking for a home away from home & tired of city life then it’s a must stay place. staff was nice and helpful. they even didn’t charge us for the day I booked but cancelled later.

For those who don't want to live in the center of Batumi, this is a great option: with a 15 taxi ride you cane easily get to the city. And, 5 minutes from the hotel, there's a bus stop that you can use to get to the city as well (bus goes every 30 minutes). I recommend taking the room with a sea view: you'll get the fantastic Batumi bay and the whole city behind. Fabulous Botanical Garden is in 15 minutes walk. Room was comfy and clean. Breakfast is good! And two cats living in this small family owned hotel, don't forget about them. I definitely recommend it for your stay!

Everything ! The room, the view , the hospitality of the owners, the breakfast! The location: 300 meters from the entrance of the most incredible Botanical gardens . A bit complicated without a car, but there are taxis and the bus and the owner is super helpful

Exceptional view from the balcony. You can book breakfasts and lunches as well which compensates for the lack of restaurants in the neighborhood. And those meals are good! And Botanical Garden, woods nearby etc. – awesome placed to walk.

The place was awesome ,the ambience is very nice and the view was breathtaking. The food was the best Georgian food I've had here. The room was close to the botanical garden and we could spend the whole day there trekking and taking long walks. the staff was really sweet and helpful and kind. The best place to take a break away from the city life and just enjoy the company of each other.

there are no convenient stores near

The hotel is in the mountains the view is really nice and you can chill away from the city in a quiet place this is what we needed to do relax and this is what we got.the owners mia and her husband and also staff are really helpful and look after your needs.i wish them good luck with this hotel and more happy days to come.we will be back soon

It is a minor complaint and not the fault of the owners, but sometimes stray dogs gather near the hotel and bark loudly. They are pretty chill and never aggressive toward people, but their barking may annoy you a bit later in the evening (though never at night).

The hotel is just outside Batumi, but the town is easily accessible by bus and reachable within 25-30 minutes. Very cozy atmosphere both outside and inside (there is a nice fireplace on the first floor). The views over the town and the sea are just amazing, you’ll have to see it for yourself to believe it! Rooms are clean and tidy, everything you’d need is present. Breakfasts are amazing and reasonably priced. Don’t miss out on them! The owners of the hotel are very hospitable and willing to help.

We highly recommend staying at Green Cape Tower with so friendly, helpful and truly warm owners. Their home food was delicious, the room was so clean and with all facilities, we enjoyed a great view for 10 days. Everything was great !
