Nino is the host who looking after all of us well, upon arrival and breakfast. Her place was very clean and very tidy, scent in the house make a very warm welcome. Facilities provided in room and the common area are superb. She was very kind even we communicate by google translate. Highly recommended for this place :)

Even the outside doesn't impress, the inside is very very nice. The design, the quality of furniture, comfortable beds - the most comfortable that we had on our trip to Georgia and not the least very nice bathroom. The view from the room was amazing. Also the kitchen is well equipped to prepare your own meals. The lady even she was not very comfortable with the English language, we communicated just fine and had no issues.

Amazing location. Amazing host. Cozy rooms with great view. Beautiful Garden with lovely flowers. Close by to the town. Lovely host who allowed us to use the kitchen to make breakfast. Also allowed us to use her washing machine and dryer. Thank you. If we visit Kazbegi we will surely stay with you again.

There's nothing that we didn't like. We came here to enjoy our vacation instead making some benchmark on someone's services or efforts. Property owner was very friendly and hospitalble so we have no issues or complaints.

The property was well cleaned and equipped with room heater. We experience cooking in property in fully equipped kitchen. There's big smart led in TV lounge for enjoyment. This property is located at an Ideal location walking distance from nearest restaurant and 4 mins drive from Super Market (Spar, Pharmacy, Groceries etc). Rear Balcony is view for small forest behind that Stephenminda Prophet Elijah's Father Monastery. And after Sky Touching Mountains covered with snow which seems very near to us but a bit efforting for hikers. Luckily we had our car so it was fun where we experience snow fall and hiking at high place and discovered eagle nest far at hights. Eagle voice was very clear and even it was a windy day. Front Balcony you can view entire city view and Gergeti Trinity Church and top mountain Igloos(Highly Expensive) and far away Snow covered mountains . We visited Gergeti Trinity Church which is very high rise top location located. From our hotel we drive 20mins for Gergeti Great water falls towards that there's adventures hiking route with guides. And 5mins after for Kezbegi National Park at edge of Georgia Russia border check point. In entire Georgia trip this property standed best according to our expectations.

I would check weather cause, during our stay it rained all day, couldn't see the mountains and was super cold but the hotel was well equipped with wool blankets so it was very nice rustic gataway.

The place has great view and amazing staff, the rooms are cozy, clean and very comfortable. Our stay was wonderful despite cold and rainy days. we hanged out at the balcony looking at the mountains, enjoying tranquility of the nature. The first floor balcony rooms is the one i would recommend. Its was amazing!

It's hard to describe how good this place is and how kind and caring the host is. We literally felt like we're home and the host (Nino) was like a mother to us. The building is new and modern, everything is very thought out to the smallest detail, there was everything we needed and even more. There is a kitchen with all the equipment, washing machine and a lot of other appliances. The location is perfect, views from all windows are stunning, there are very cozy terraces and the street is super quiet, so nothing can disturb your sleep. We were stunned by the beauty of the local nature, can't imagine how magical it looks in winter, so we're looking forward to getting back here very soon! Thank you!

Hotel should have full control and rules when it comes to needs and limits of their guest. Every guest paid for their stay, so hotel must have taken necessary actions when other guest are noisy,having unusual behavior to avoid trouble and disturbing other guests.

Nino the host was extremely accommodating for me and my family. When you arrive at the location you are greeted with a smile. Nino went above and beyond to make sure we had everything. Sheets, towels, blankets, soap all were provided for us. The view from the guesthouse is incredible. You have the front and the back view and it’s gorgeous. You are short walking distance from the center and in a safe area.

Even tho the building has nice views on both mountain ranges (respectively to the east and west of the Kazbegi valley), its location on the southern edge of town makes it located about 500m too far south to have a view of the Gergeti Trinity Church from the accommodation's terraces. Not a deal breaker for me, but the accommodations in the northern part of town will, especially those located uphill (so northeast Stepantsminda). The last 100m of the road towards the homestay are not asphalted. In wintertime that might matter to those driving a compact car. The nearest by restaurant is 10 minutes on foot, the rest of them - as well as supermarkets - are 20 minutes on foot. So keep this in mind when not coming by private vehicle. The shower drain smelled at times and didn't really drain well. Not that it submerged the bathroom, but you'd be standing with your feet in 1-3cm of water after a few minutes.

Located with no immediate neighbors, this homestay has gorgeous views all around. The ground floor is a common space used by the family owning Diamond Kazbegi, as well as accessible to all guests. The rooms in facing West (so those above the front door) have the best views. The hosts only speak Russian but are lovely people. Comfortable room with a big bed (2 mattresses!) and a couch.
