Hey hey, the hotel was very close to all the cafes and to the national park, it was easy to walk around. We were welcomed with a bottle of homemade wine and it was tasty. The host also did help us with cooking the soup to heal our stomachs and he did it for free. Breakfast is cheap and a bunch of varieties.

Some noise from neighbouring construction work as well as other rooms, as soundproofing is not very good. But I would still recommend the cottage 😊.

Very nice room, all extremely clean. Little kitchenette with stove and fridge was great. I was also able to have my laundry done. Fast wifi. Warm, friendly and helpful staff. Good location, nice to have a terrace too. Cute cat 😊!

Everything was great.

The room was really clean and the location is great. The neighborhood is also really safe and the owner is really nice and gave great dinner recommendations. The breakfast was also really delicious! I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous stay. So attentive and caring to our needs. Great location with 2 minutes walk to a restaurant and 5 minutes to the touristic part of Borjormi. Highly recommended.

Thing that I did not liked was 1. Its location in middle of a narrow lane 2. Not have any privacy because of another building in front of my room so everything was visible from that building through the window on top of the door without curtain

Good location close to borjomi central park.. Tha host was quite hospitable... We were lucky we enjoyed the snowfall in the cottage premises... Breakfast was good

Ants in the bedroom was an issue No handle for the shower makes it uncomfortable The bed was ok, not very comfortable

The room we booked wasn't made available as it didn't have hot water. Host kindly provided an alternate room next door, but that was inside someone's home, 1 level up (bad if you have luggage) and was very small. It was ok as we only had 1 night hooked

View from the room is not good...., No tea, coffee were available, however provided upon request... Bedsheets, blanket, towers were not in white colour ... Quality of bed is not good...

There is mold on one of the walls! Mattress not comfort but it is personally feeling. There are windows of other hotel just in front - pictures were taken by advantageous angle and confusing as full picture can not be seen, not close to reality. Didn't receive an invoice.

The location is perfect. Quiet room. There a place to prepare tea/coffee or small breakfast. Free parking.

Rooms small. Beds not comfortable. The images did not match the actual location. Surrounded on all four sides by other buildings. If one offers na double bed, logically two lamps on either side of the bed is logical and expected?

Central Location, but then there is only one main street in the small town. Walking distance to the market. Quiet location. Very helpful landlady. There was facility to make ones own tea/coffee. Nice porch tom sit and sip a coffee or tea or drink. Value for money if one is not too fussy. Internet works fine.

The room was designed so nice but they kind of stopped at the linens. If they would put nice towels and sheets it would have been perfect. Also maybe an additional Toilet paper roll we were rationing

It was a really nice layout and Close to everything but not too close. The owners were extremely nice snd helped at every juncture.
