Nice well-furnished room, super clean and homely. There is a kitchen as well so if you plan to stay long term it has all the necessities in it. I’ll definitely stay there again.

The hospitality, the room was very clean, and it was 10 minutes walk from the center of Kazbegi. They offered to drive us to places and helped with everything we needed

Cozy guesthouse with great and friendly hosts. The room was clean, the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. You can also arrange trips around the area with the host for a reasonable price. I recommend this guesthouse to everyone

A beautiful view from the balcony overlooking the valley and the Kazbek. The facilities of the accommodation are good. The hosts speak little English but are very friendly, warm and always very helpful.

The big Georgian man always around the house was a bit frightening

We were able to get the room quite early and use the kitchen. The host gave us snacks and watermelon, which was very nice.

We absolutely loved our stay at Crystal, it was the best place we stayed in Georgia. The hosts were very kind and helpful - they even brought us some of their food and homemade wine from their Easter Monday feast! The views are amazing, the room is warm and the shower really good - all things you can't always take for granted.

All was great

We had a pleasant stay, room was immaculately clean and common area was huge, host preheated our room before our visit. Bed was comfortable and area is super quiet to rest properly. It takes 7-10 minutes to get to city centre and the only bus stop to Tbilisi and local bars and shops. We also bought some house wine from our host and we loved it.

When we were using kitchen, the owner was going out of the room and we felt like she was watching us all the time. It was not comfortable and weird as kitchen was shared so it shouldn't be a problem. We just cooked some oats and we felt we do something wrong.

The room and bathroom was very clean, beautiful view from balcony, 10minutes to city center. For this price it was very nice place

The whole family who run the guest house is really nice and trying to help in everything, including taking guests to nearby sights. The house is clean, quite, with a nice view from the balcony. The breakfast was really a huge amount with many options. If i'll go back to Kazbegi i will choose them again for sure :)

The hotels in the town are crowded and it closes at 8.30 pm.

Very friendly and welcoming owner. The family welcomed us with some great homemade mine and fresh fruits once we checked in. Very polite people. Beautiful place. Loved the decor. And the breakfast we had here was the best one we had in Georgia. The rooms were clean, had great mountain view from the balcony. The owners live on the property on the ground floor and were available whenever needed. They were great, very kind, smiley, helpful and hospitable. The location is super, you can quickly get to the city center, its just 5 to 7 mins by car. We loved our stay, the place and the people

Rooms are a bit small

Rooms are very clean and tidy. Host are very welcoming, humble and hands-on though they dont speak that much english. We made the right decision of getting breakfast from them cause the breakfast they made was exceptional. Best breakfast you’ll get even compare to hotels.

We really liked the apartment, it is modern with all kind of facilities and in a very good location. The family who runs the house is very charming and it was a pleasure to meet them, they made us a really good georgian breakfast!! We definitely would have chosen this place again.

My god, waking up with this kind of Mountain View really makes something special. Crystal Kazbegi is located near the center of this small town. We enjoyed walking there, with all the cows, horses and dogs that can hype these streets.
