It was not a problem for us, but it takes a little walk to go to a restaurant. Also, we were very sad to leave this house eventually :-)

If you come with the marshrutka, just consider to have a short walk up to the village.

The guesthouse is located in a quite place with great view on Mount Kazbek from the balcony. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

The only negative is that you need to wait two minutes for really hot water to go.

The room is clean. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. There is a shared kitchen unlike many hotels. The hostess treated to hinkals.

Nothing about this property specifically but worth knowing that there is sometimes a problem with water supply in general in the town because of increased demand.

Really nice place. Good big room with a view of the mountains and the church from the window. All very clean and well organised. The lady running the house let us use their fridge to store food. She was also very generous with the radiators when we arrived back soaked from a trek! Would recommend.

The room is very spacious and clean. You can see mount Kazbegi from your window. There is free coffee and tea which is placed inside the room. The hosts are super nice and accommodating!

Stayed there 3 nights in March. Very clean and big room with the view of Kazbegi mountain. Comfortable bed and amazing breakfast. Host and her children are very kind and friendly. If I go back to Kazbegi again, I'll stay there for sure.

Everything about this Guest House was amazing. The views were spectacular, the bed really comfortable the bedding excellent quality. The bathroom was super with plenty of hot water & toiletries. The hosts were simply the best they gave us home made cake, georgian lemonade, plenty of tea and coffee in the room. A fantastic stay.

The room was spacious, clean, warm with an incredible view. The guest house is close to the centre, bus station & sightseeing places. The family were incredibly hospitable and kind. They really made me feel safe and welcomed. Highly recommend 🌞

Stayed there 2 nights in December. Very big warmly decorated room with brand new amenities and bathroom (including complimentary tea/coffee + boiler), very comfortable bedding and views on Kazbegi mountain. It is located on the higher parts of Stepantsminda (hence the beautiful views) and within walking distance (10-15 min) of central areas. Extremely good value for money. I would definitely return there !

all everything was perfect here. super clean, brand new very cozy, comfortable facilities. water boiler and coffee in the room, amazing host who supplied us windows anything we needed. also you will have access to a well equipped kitchen. also the room has an amazing view on mount Kazbeg and you can use a terrace. it was truly beautiful.

The view from the window on Kazbek at sunrise better than from other places. The room is very large and clean, the bathroom is comfortable, the owner was very nice and helpful. Best value for money. I recommend!

Huge room with a view of Mount Kazbegi. Brand new and spotless. Large bathroom. For an amazingly low price. Best value stay in over 81 countries visited. About 10 minute walk from the main road. Lovely village feel. Peaceful place.

Beds are super comfortable Room is well heated Room is incredibly clean and very cozy decoration that makes you want to stay in your room forever The lady was ADORABLE , discrete and very warm , she even cook and offered me chicken soup .
