    Nobody answered my messages

I should delete this description because i went to the wrong Hotel I didn't know there is another one in the same building I have a sighthandicap See you Soon missed the piano(Very beautiful location Because the owner changed many information weren't uptodate so some things a bit difficult like it said breakfast on the page and it wasn't but no problem, anyway i eat only vegan glutenfree which is difficult mostly, the room is very beautiful wish i could stay longer and paint.there could be a pot in the lovely kitchen but it is all new renovated,so it surely comes. Beautiful room with high walls very friendly ladies who clean there I couldn't reach any owner because the numbers weren't uptodate and nobody responded on booking. I was just sad there wasn't a piano like on the pictures, because that was the reason why i booked it, but anyway, very beautiful place. Thank you a lot for your kindness.)

Breakfast offered is mediocre. However, she allowed us to use the kitchen and we prepared our food using the stuff we had.

The stay was quite comfortable as we felt we stay in our own house. The staff is very nice and helpful and provided best services through out our stay. She is quite friendly and providing lots of information about the city in Russian language and we enjoyed our stay.

Unfortunately, there was no toiletries included, such as toilet paper, shampoo and other, although I should have probably asked for it. Also, there was no breakfast provided, but there was tea and coffee offered.

The host was very welcoming and helpful, she made sure to give instructions around the town. The room was very quiet-perfect for resting. Also the location is great, right on the Main Street with nice cafes, shops and beautiful buildings around.

Location next to Stamba Hotel, near busstops and supermarket. Very nice, very clean and enough space to stay for us as a family. Warm welcome by the owners. Interior bit nostalgic wih very good paintings on every wall.

It is a perfect place with a soul and spirit of old Georgia. Very tall seelings like in palace, conditioners, a lot A LOT of space in a room. Great location, you can walk around and it will be like a tour. The owner of this place, she is an artist and she made all pictures you can see and they are great. I am sure that i want to return in this place in this atmosphere of art and old city vibes.

Nothing I can think of. You have your own independence and can have a cup of tea (and company) at will, what else could you possibly ask for?

I had a lovely time at this quaint guesthouse. The owner, a very friendly and talkative elderly lady, was very accommodating. Mind you, we spoke Russian, so no idea whether you'll be fine in English. That being said, I read reviews from non-Russian-speaking customers saying they also found her charming and delightful, so I would go ahead and book the place. My room was big and comfortable, I had three beds (a double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed) all to myself, and a small bathroom. Breakfast is not included per se, you can get tea and biscuits but the owner makes no mystery of it not being part of the package. And speaking of the owner, she loves to talk and regale you with stories and fun facts. She is very knowledgeable about Georgian history, loves to learn about other countries and is an artist at heart, as evidenced by the paintings in her home (many of which she painted herself). The location is perfect, too, as you're right on the main street. The entrance looks unassuming but I found that to be the case about many Georgian establishments, so don't be out off. Noise-wise, you're good. The rooms have double glazing.

Nothing bad. Would be good to have someone there that speaks English, a little bit at least.

If you are into art you will definitely find this property interesting. The location is really good, within walking distance to the city center and you have whatever you need very close ( as in supermarket, center, cafes etc). Breakfast is simple, but good enough. The owner is a very sweet lady, she is living in the property she is very open to discussion, but she does not speak English at all. We sorted that out with Google translate though.

    Everything was great!

Such a unique, comfortable, and friendly place to stay! Our host was so sweet and happy to chat through a translator app. Every wall is covered in her beautiful paintings. She upgraded us to the available Junior Suite which had a view out the courtyard and big lofted ceilings. Great hot water and pressure for the shower and working heat to stay warm in the room. She even changed our sheets and brought us new towels when we extended our stay. Superb location well connected with public transportation and near many restaurants, bakeries, and markets. Don't miss staying here when you're in Tbilisi :)
