We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IsraelI have only 2 things to mention which I didn’t like.There’s no options for numbers with 2 rooms for family with children or connected rooms( problem in Georgia).The second one is location ,not so central but for me wasn’t issue since had a car
It was really good option to stay in Kutaisi.The host Zaza amazing man very polite and welcoming . The hotel very clean .Good choice for one night of our trip. Need to mention the delicious breakfast Zaza make for you at the morning .Great variety and really testy .Definitely recommend

Breakfast is really huge and various! If you have a breakfast here you definitely will not be hungry for the whole day long!
