The hotel is brand new , well kept and with an amazing Mountain view :) The hotel owner is the one best hosts ever! Super friendly and helpful. While taking us personally to the Kazbegi church he understood that we were hungry ,so he drove by a local taverna and waited there an entire hour for us to enjoy the food. When we were done , we got back in his car and headed up to the church. Best stay ever in Georgia so far.

Very, very good villa hotel, the floor heating is very comfortable, the hotel has a very good atmosphere, the key is newly renovated, you can see the Kazbek mountain across the window, the price is very high, really let me special surprise

English is not spoken much and i think they should appoint a front office staff to man reception. Shower right in the centre of the bathroom which wets the entire floor if u hv other ppl with u. 1 gv a 9 only bcuse of weird placement of shower

For now the place is still in finishing stage, mostly on the outside of the building, like pathways.

Fantastic place , very clean, only minutes away from Kazbegi center with absolutely everything you need for any kind of stay -short or long . We did enjoyed our balcony view and daily hospitality from the owner and his family . Highly recommend to everyone , great standard and looks like everything is new fresh open . We will definitely come back again

Everything is great

This is small hotel at the top of Stepantsminda, so if you’re coming to the bus station be ready for the walk uphill. Room is clean and tidy, a bit small, but really comfortable for this cost. Hosts are very good and their hospitality was great.We were offered snacks every time we went to dining hall. Wine was really tasty. 😊

The best stay in the last 10 days of the Georgia Trip. The hosts doesn't know the English so much but they are very friendly and helpful. The couple (owner) are so kind and they took care of everything we needed. The rooms are also good with a good view. They also provide free tea/coffee at their dining area 🇬🇪😍

Beautiful place, very clean. At this moment the place is not finished yet, I assume that in the near future there will be TV in bedrooms and outside walls will be painted but rooms are ready to host guests. We got wine to try from our host. Breakfast was the best of all we have eaten in Georgia. I really liked decor and soft and comfy beds ♥️ I highly recommend it!! There is a dining hall (photos) where you can eat your food or their breakfast 😋 WiFi was fast. Loved it 😍

The bed was not very comfortable. Washroom was just average. No facilities like wardrobe or kettle inside room. They don't have a kitchen also. Balcony was extremely dirty.

In terms of pricing the place is worth it. The place was clean and well-lit. The room was also clean and had towels.
