We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Superb view, cozy floor(I checked the other floors of the tower but this one is equipped by them and reminds you a five star facility) The guy at the reception is helpful with his guidance to take the most advantage of Batumi. The room was clean and as an obsessed man I couldn’t find anything to pick at:) Nice coffe at the buffet also

What an incredible, warm and cozy place. It was the third place that I stayed during my trip to batumi and simply the best of them These is an incredible view which I have not seen alike it in Europe also , the manager is very helpful and I enjoyed their cozy bar! 🍺 The room was well cleaned in all aspects

It was a very clean and well furnished apartment with a spectacular view towards the sea and beautiful batumi bay! Every time we looked through the window it felt like looking at a beautiful painting!😊 Also check-in was quite simple since they have their own reception desk, we just asked them before arrival and they guided us which floor to go directly. Another good point is that they have a cosy buffet restaurant where they serve very tasty breakfast.
