The floor level of the room is not aligned, it's sloping downward.

The beds weren't the most comfortable, and the bathroom was a bit small and old. But other than this, everything was great.

I can't say enough good things about Hill Fort! The host, who happens to be an amazing smiling lady, welcomed us with open arms and made us feel right at home. The room and the compound were impeccable - clean, spacious, and well-maintained. One of my favorite features was the cozy sitting area upstairs, adorned with ambient lighting that created a warm and inviting atmosphere. If we ever find ourselves visiting Georgia again, there's no doubt that we will be choosing Hill Fort as our go-to accommodation option. Highly recommended!

Everything was very nice and there are really no complaints.

I am writing comments in a very rare case, but this time it is necessary to write. In Georgia I was first time and when we arrived at this apartment, on that day I had my anniversary and to my surprise, they made for me this day unforgettable and everything (cakes, fruits, sweets, red and white wine, strong traditional drinks Chacha and Georgian brandy was absolutely for FREE! This apartment indeed was very close to the center. The view from the terrace into town is amazing and really you can see all town. I really recommend this apartment to everyone, because the owners of this apartment was very cute and helpful. So, don't even hesitate and take only this apartment and you will see, that your expectations will definitely come true!

Pool is cold and many insects inside. Dog at the entrance keeps barking at everyone passing in and out.

Comfortable room with powerful AC. Hot showers. Spectacular view from the rooftop terrace. Walking distance 10 min to downtown Kutaisi.

The host was very friendly and helpful, met us late evening and kindly treated with delicious home made wine. The room, bed linen and bathroom were clean. As the house is located on a hill, the view from the window is stunning. Overall a place worth visiting

I like everything, the rooms are big enough, they gave shampoo ,soap and toilet paper, rooms were clean and bathroom was sooo clean . The terrace was everything, the view was good, the kitchen where you can cook and kitchen have everything you need . Pool was good 😊 Owners are very good people, and helped us with barbeque . The surrounding is green and good . Perfect perfect perfect place to stay in kutaise under budget . Must visit them

Nothing!

Absolutely one of the most wonderful stays, hotel rooms were clean and had everything we needed along with exemplary shampoo and hand soap, the owner greeted us with bottles of local wine and chacha which we could drink during the whole stay, our favourite spots were the pool which even though wasn’t the biggest it was perfect for group of friends to enjoy evening swims, the second spot was the terrace at the 1 floor which had a wonderful view on the whole Kutaisi, it was perfect for a late night glass of wine, the owner also had a wiener dog! Milo the hooligano was absolutely the loveliest and the craziest always ready to be pet and to spend time with people currently staying, we had wonderful time and would totally recommend staying there
