The village is super nice. Location: very central. Close to Kazbegi bus station only 3-5 mins walking . The supermarket is only five mins away. You can grab food drinks and even wine there. Good deal Amenities: the cottage is well-equipped with everything you need. We have cooked two meals in the kitchen. A super sofa bed on first floor and a king size bed on the upper floor. Loft Host: the host George greeted us when we checked-in. He is very patient and professional. He is super nice and reply to our need anytime. Take good care of each client. He also drove us to the trinity church. Impressive. His English is very good. Handsome and super kind boy. The cottage is a must-try choice for anyone who wants to explore the snow-covered village. His cottage is just facing the trinity church.

Nothing at all , everything was more than perfect

Very comfortable, cozy and clean place to stay in calmness and between the nature, the owners are very friendly, helpful and always available for any requests even they offered us a free transfer to tbilisi on their way but we couldn’t coz our dates were not matching. Walking up at the morning to see the mountains with greenery and snow ( depends on the season ) was amazing view We really felt like home, strongly recommend it

It’s located right on the hillside of the snow mountains, facing Gergeti Trinity Church, the heating is very good, and the whole hut is decorated with great care and comfort. The staff is very helpful, trying his best to help us with all efforts he can make. The view is great!

The place with mesmerizing beauty, snowy mountains in the front and back with unobstructed view. Located in Kazbegi, this place had the best spot. Spectacular views from inside the Chalet as well, you look in any direction and you’ll see a beautiful view. The place is Pets friendly, has cute cats and a dog in the backyard. We traveled from Dubai and stayed there for 3 days, it felt like home. Mr. George was an amazing host, very good with communication, just a WhatsApp text away. He was always there to help, he also drove us to the Gergeti Trinity church in a rainy weather. The place was sparkling clean with all facilities. Bathroom and kitchen were super clean and well organized. The location of hillside Kazbegi was perfect, Close proximity to everything, restaurants, supermarkets, wine shops and currency exchange, everything at walking Distance within 200 mtrs.

The property was perfect. We were not able to leave Kazbegi in time due to road closure due to an avalanche and hence missed our flight from Tblisi airport. This is not the property's fault. George was of great help in the above situation, he kept checking the highway department website to provide us an update since the website is not in English. He also helped us to communicate with a local taxi guy who did not speak English. George did everything possible to make our travel back to Tblisi successful. Thanks for your help George

We loved this place a lot. The views from the rooms are amazing. There are bedrooms are cozy and there is a kitchen with all necessary utensils. My children loved this house and we could see their excitement through out the stay. It is a perfect little cottage.

I think it has the best location in Kazbegi. There’s in nothing in from of you or behind. You get clear view of Mt Kazbek, Gergeti church and mountains behind. The heating was amazingly effective.

Everything! It is the best place to stay to relax and enjoy the view. Exceptional experience with George, so accommodating with everything we need. We celebrate my boyfriend's birthday and he decorated our room. Keep it up guys!
