Host is very polite and client oriented. He met us in Kutaisi airport, and returned back. A-frame very clean, wonderful view on city from all locations in house (terrace, bed, kitchen). He offered delicious wine (red and white). Advised restaurants and helped with all our questions. Very comfortable bed. It was very difficult to get up in time in such circumstances. (Fresh air, comfortable bed..). It was the second vacation in Georgia I visited many hotels in different locations - great pleasure to be here. Thank you

Mamuka the manager of the property is excellent and very kind, he helped us with everything we needed and was amazing overall! The location is very close to the city center (a few minutes by Bolt - a very cheap drive), amazing view to the mountains and the city, looks very much like the pictures in Bookings! I highly recommend this place!!!

At some point it became cold (I was there in January). Dont lean on the brick wall - it left marks.

The place is perfect

No words can explain the beauty of this place, perfect place for couples and small families,Big space with unique picked furniture,comfortable bed, super clean and tidy bathroom , heating system and AC are available,big TV with lots of apps such as YouTube, Netflix, Starzplay…etc.There this kitchen kit and microwave available with plates, cups, tasty coffee and tea.spacious and nice balcony with a beautiful view of Batumi city. The outside area is filled with mandarins trees and flowers.The owners allowed us to pick as much mandarines as we wish and we picked some for our family.The place owned by a Lovely couple , Nino contacted me on whats up and confirmed my reservation couple days before my arrival and she welcomed me and my husband as we reached. They are super welcoming and were nice to talk to them and meet their lovely well behaved dogs.Thank you for the great hospitality and wish you more success in your business, God bless your beautiful family 🌷

The shower cabin was without a door

The host is very hospitable, he offered free transfer from Batumi. The place was cozy and clean. The views are amazing. Tangerines and persimmons are growing just after the houses

This is a well-maintained family-owned cottage with 5-star services and a perfect panoramic view of the city and the sea. It is away from the city but only 10 min drive of which 4 min to reach the main streets. The hosts were generous and shared with us homemade sweets and fresh mandarins from their trees. The best experience in Batumi!

Probably the road to the property, it was a little bit difficult especially while raining. Light curtains for the balcony would be appreciated in my opinion.

This cozy classic modern room exceeded my expectations. In person the property matches the pictures on Booking. I really like the hospitality and warm welcoming of the owners. They are super kind as they were checking if everything is alright during heavy rain times. It's tiny but in a good way. All the furniture were clean and lovely. There were AC and heating system, both of which I used. The view from the room is exceptional, you can see the green mountains, sea and the city of Batumi. I just wish I had clear sky at night, because I think I could state at the stars as the was almost no lighting pollution.
