The room was cold when we arrived, but there is heating and we had to wait while it heated up. But it was not a problem as we left for the city.

Room was nice, clean and good. There is everything you need. Kitchen, towels, even a washing machine.

The room was very spacious and clean. The kitchen in particular was amazing. Everything we needed to cook was provided and it was big enough. The neighborhood was quiet and safe to walk around late at night. The host was kind and explained everything that we needed to know. I recommend this accomodation.

During our stay, there were some other guests who were quite loud; something like 2am playing music loudly and singing along. After sending a message to the owner they did turn off the music.

Beautiful house with several apartments. Ours was spacious and very comfortable with a big balcony. We quite enjoyed the walk into Kutaisi centre.

Great that they have a kitchen and a great view over the mountins. The check-in process was easy. We just texted the numbet by Whatsapp that we are arriving. We got a quick answer and everuthing was really smooth. Really easy to find the property.

A bit cold floor in winter, especially in the toilet. Hard to understand which house and where to find keys. If you cannot call or dont have internet, will be a problem. Only reviews helped

Nice flat, not far from the center if you like walking, 25min by foot. Located in quite place. Amazing wow view from the window to mountains! A lot of free space, very good price for it. I was happy for my choice

The apartment had lots of dust. Both on the floor and the bed linen. Since my partner is allergic to dust, it was a difficult night of stay for us.

We hit our heads few times in several places :D So just be a little careful. but if you are 1.60cm, you should be perfectly fine haha

The balcony has a great view. The location was nice, in a quite area, close to the center. Some of the furniture is made by Beka, owner of the place and gives the place authenticity.

It's a very nice spacious loft on the highest floor of a private house. The decor is cozy, everything is clean. The air conditioner works very well so it's a good place to stay during hot summers. We checked in around midnight but it wasn't an issue: the host waited for us. Also, he was always in touch in case we need something. Would be glad to visit again!

No microwave and no TV, but we were aware about it and we stayed for only one night, so it wasn't an issue.

This place is absolutely terrific! The apartment is basically the attic in this vintage house with creaky stairs, which makes the stay a little more romantic. The interior, however, is really well-designed and modern, and every single detail is on its rightful place. I would also especially emphasize the cozy lighting. The area around the house is quiet, but note that if it's raining, you'll hear every raindrop falling cuz you sleep right under the roof. The host has met us welcomingly and even offered some chacha :)

Everything about this apartment was just great. We stayed there overnight and had everything we needed there (and even more). Really kind and communicative host who welcomed us when we arrived. The apartment is spacious, clean, with new equipment - just like on the photos. I would definitely recommend staying there.

We had only 1 night at the property, but as it was windy night, old windows could not keep temperature warm and wind noise outside. This kept us awake and cold almost whole night.

I had the most amazing experience at the hotel. The room was so cozy spacious and clean, I felt like I was at home. The owner was very friendly and helpful, he made sure I had everything I needed. And the view of the mountains from the balcony was breathtaking, I loved watching the sunrise and sunset every day. Everything is so warm and inviting, I enjoyed relaxing there with a good book. It was not just a great place, it was a paradise. I am so grateful for their kindness and generosity.
