You have to open A/C in heat mode before settling in more than 5 hrs in winter. The curtain hanger in the bath needs to be fixed. No wet/dry zone. The bed was not comfy, feel the springs against my body.

Perfect for our group and short stay in Kutaisi. The owner had chilled the room a bit before we arrived and it was a pleasant welcome from the heat. It's located just off the central area in a quieter part of the town. We enjoyed using the fridge and kitchen utensils. We also appreciate the soap, shampoo, and body wash available for us to use. For parking, make sure you find a spot on the sidestreets. There is no parking in front of the building. To find the building look for "Hotel Central" signs. It's located in a street that has a bar gate.

Building is very close to the center, but in a pretty quiet area. Walking distance from restaurants, shops and a few sights. I was heartedly welcomed. The studio has everything one needs and more. Shower is perfect with good pressure and hot water. The wifi is very good. I highly recommend and would definitely come back here when in the neighborhood and available.

Hotel Central is a great reasonably priced place for a single or a couple. Near the heart of the city. It is run by a mature local couple. I did not have GEL on hand to pay the host and he said you can pay in the evening. He was very trusting and relaxed. It was very clean, internet was great and a great value.

The hosts communicated poorly through messaging and did not answer the official phone provided. There was other, more direct phone number written at the site. The outsiders can access directly to the door of the appartmenet from outside, which enables them to wake you up at 3:00 in the morning to check if you would want an airport ride. The heating / cooling is provided by a noisy appliance. Bring your earplugs if sleep sensitively.

There was hosts presence around location. The appartement was well suited with kitchen like area semi separated and a separate and private bathroom, a table as well. All of this for virtually 1/5 of price equivalent in Western Europe
