Wow! Wow! Wow! What a beautiful family owned boutique hotel. I had the river view (lower room), and it was amazing. I had a stunning view, a very comfortable large bed, a large shower, and plenty of room! The hotel is just a couple minute walk from the fountain/central location. The Wifi was good, I had several Zoom meetings during my stay. There were a couple of unstable wifi moments, but wifi never dropped the video meetings. But, what makes this place amazing is the hospitality the family provided. They went out of their way to assist with anything I needed, and they were so kind. There is no need to look further. This hotel is definitely the place to stay in Kutaisi!

I thought it would be possible to have optional breakfast. But we arrived late at night and in the morning were told it is not an option. We were still offered a coffee but it would be good to know in advance there is no food in the morning.

The hotel garden was amazing, with a beautiful river-facing view. Very nice to sit on a bench and have a drink. The location of the hotel very close to the city center, yet very quiet.

Room was good, but it overlooked the garden outside which is beautiful - with a view of the river and a very peaceful setting. Owners live right above and are very helpful with recommendations and guidance. We didn't have much time to enjoy it as we stayed only one night, but we slept comfortably, enjoyed the garden outside and had a good experience. Location was also very good - a very short walking distance from the main square, and thanks to it's location we managed to experience Kutaisi (which we underestimate - it's a beautiful city), enough despite the short time we stayed there.

A little tricky to find, I initially missed the entrance when arriving at night. I had been expecting a room directly overlooking the river but it was on the side of the building so it was a very oblique view in the end. Perhaps good to double check if this is important to you as it wasn’t clear from the room I selected, whose photo depicted a direct balcony on the river itself.

Very comfortable room and great bathroom. You are very centrally located and it’s quite tranquil. The owner was sympathetic.

This is a small family run hotel, clean and comfortable and in a very good location. The fountain and market are a few minutes walk, the cathederal is also a nice walk albeit uphil with some nice views of Kutaisi from the top. The bathroom had glass doors which is a bit awkward in terms of privacy but thats the 'ultra modern' architecture I have seen in many other places too. The yard right next to the river is pleasant in the evening to sit down with a glass of wine or smoke! The owners are welcoming and helpful with whatever you need. We were looking forward to see the cat but he didn't show up unfortunately!
