First and foremost, I must commend the hotel's breakfast service – it was simply outstanding! The variety and quality of food offered at breakfast exceeded my expectations. There were plenty of delicious options to choose from, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. It's evident that the kitchen staff puts a lot of care and attention into providing guests with a memorable start to the day. The hotel's location is another standout feature. It's centrally located, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Whether I was heading out to see the sights, dine at nearby restaurants, or simply take a leisurely stroll, everything was easily accessible from this hotel. The convenience of its location definitely added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. Lastly, I would like to give a special shout-out to Marina, the hotel manager. Her warm and welcoming personality made a significant impact on my stay. I had the most wonderful stay at Hotel Elegant Garden. The room was immaculate and comfortable. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area.

Due to a mix-up over the reservation, our room was not available at our arrival. (We had booked two rooms; our friends stayed in the facility.) However, we were given a full apartment just across the street, which was spacious and very good. The lady in charge was very helpful and did whatever she did to make us feel at home. Both the breakfast and the location were very good. We recommend this lovely hotel.

The conditioning system in our room was a little bit weak, but as we love warm weather - it didnt bother us!

It was very nice and familiar atmosphere from a hotel host. She even made some dishes which we were talking about, we would like to taste. No that we asked, she just wanted to surprise us! She reccommended some places to eat, buy some sweets. Offered also a turkish coffee in breakfast, which was made on chesve.

In need of redecorating as you can see a bit tear and wear in the rooms.

Good little family run hotel in close proximity of Batumi's main attractions. The place is in need of a renovation but generally not that bad. Bed was comfy and the breakfast was good. The lady that runs the place doesn't speak English but with the help of her granddaughter and my broken Russian we managed to communicate and understand each other.

The place is located conveniently in the city center, walking distance to main city attractions. There are plenty of restaurants and groceries around. The lady running the place is very kind and sweet. She bakes her own bread for breakfast - very tasty. I've read in the previous reviews that you have to ring a bell to get inside the building - that is no longer true. You'll get your own key from the main door together with room key, so you don't have to ring the bell.

The hotel is closed around 11pm, if you are returning to your room at midnight or later you have to ring the front door bell, so the staff opens it for you. Personally I feel awkward waking the staff up at night just because I wanted to hang out at a bar at midnight.

Everything was very very good. Nice spacious room, nice balcony, everything works, looks nice, marble staircase, additional tables with tea in the corridors, tasty breakfast.

It didn't seem like good value for money, but maybe Batumi is just more expensive than I expected (and compared to Tbilisi).

It felt a bit like staying at your grandparents’ house. Everything super clean and cared for but still a little dated and in need of an update.

Our host was a lovely lady who made us feel welcome and even made baked us cookies to go with breakfast. The location in an older neighbourhood was perfect for us: close enough to walk to the beach and other attractions but still surrounded by character. Not like the new city. Next to a Khachapuri restaurant (nothing else on the menu)

My main issue was that the hotel didn't accept payment by card (said their card machine was broken) which caused me a lot of trouble as I rely on card payments and not cash for my travels. Although the room was clean - and I didn't mess it up - there was no room cleaning or bed-making during my 5 day stay
