Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IsraelIt's really old, they didn't wash the windows, so view can be really bad because of the dirt on the windows. The bathroom was old, and repaired as my grandma would repair it, There are cracks everywhere. In the spa, lockers barely work The restaurant is not as good as the reviews. They absolutely should amortize this hotel, they can't charge 1080$ per night from May, for it. Can't believe someone is ready to pay such money for it.

IsraelMy only problem was that I couldn't out the AC to output cold air since the main AC was on heat. Had to keep a window open for cold air.
Everything was amazing from start to finish, staff are super friendly and hotel looks amazing and is very clean. Lobby, room and everything is so big. Casino area was amazing with good staff - dealers and waitresses were kind and friendly.

BahrainThe wooden furniture and toilet door was all swollen and needs replacement. The bed was damaged and must be replaced immediately. The A/C adjustment device can easily be replaced with something modern instead of what is currently installed with the twist button.

GeorgiaTerrible attitude to people / clients. Stood in a queue for check-in. At my turn, the check-in lady turned me down, saying they are not checking me in until 3:00 PM because there is no room available. I said I knew that, but normally, all hotels in the world are checking you in and then you are waiting for the room and keys. All I wanted is to prepay the room, get registered in the system and wait for the room. She said they have a different practice and could not let me prepay and register!. The answer was given in a very mean and rude manner. I asked for Manager - registration desk (again in a rude way) said they don't know which manager is suitable for this particular case as they have many managers. We wanted to leave the hotel and go to Hilton, but our cancellation penalty was quite high - so we were made to stay, only because of the penalty. So, me, my wife, our 3 little kids (all below 3-years old) and the nanny had to go outside and walk. They eventually registered us at 3:30 PM and gave us our 2 prepaid rooms. Ceilings in both rooms were leaking - a yellow colored dirty water was dripping from both ceilings. In the kids room it was dripping right on the bed. In one of the bathrooms the shower didn't work. Air conditioner was not working in either of the two rooms - it had only freezing mode. In the kids room the coffee table was broken (both, its legs as well as the top) and its glass top dropped off and fell on one of our kids - luckily she didn't get heavily injured, We immediately called the reception and asked to change the rooms / floor / whatever, but get us into proper rooms. The answer was shocking - we don't have rooms available and we don't know what to do. They neither apologized, nor returned our money, nor changed our rooms, nor helped us in any way.
We didn't like Anything! Dirty pool, dirty jacuzzi, dirty windows, room ceilings leaking with dirty water dripping right in the middles of the room, kids little pool occupied with Adults and nobody tells them a word, while the adults pool is empty. Outdoor pool was practically non-existent as its water wasn't heated at all. Actually the water was freezing cold (in the middle of July) and that's why it was empty. We asked the Hotel whether they are heating it and the confirmed they are NOT.
