Irakli was an amazing host, helping us out with the check-in, recommendations and more! We came bikepacking and he helped us store the bikes. Overall he really made us feel at home and welcome. The room was comfortable and clean, had good amenities and very good wifi as well. Closely located to different areas in the city, we enjoyed exploring on foot. Highly highly recommend this place for a wonderful stay, at a competitive price and with a "welcome-home" feeling.

Perfect location , Superb host. We stayed there in Batumi for the new year holiday with my family for 4 nights. As Batumi is a small city , everything is in walking distance. However the location of this apartment is like in the middle of everything. 2 mins to Nuri Lake , 5 mins to beach , 5 mins to Europe square etc. Amenity was good with 1 queen bed and one foldable sofa in the living room , a small balcony and toilet/bathroom. Everything was clean and tidy. Apart from everything , Irakli , our host was super friendly,always at reach and helpful. He was more like a friend than a host. I can now say that I have a friend in Batumi. Surely I will pick this place up for the next visit in case. Thank you Irakli for your help !

Very good location between old and new Batumi. 10 minutes walk to beach and boulevard. Coffee shop across the street. Street food and restaurants nearby. Clean and good facilities. Owner is exceptionally friendly and supportive. One of our best stays so far in Georgia.

The only minus for this apartment is that it does not has an elevator but the stairs are good enough so you can freely use them.

Location is very good and your near to everything. The host Iko is very friendly and always welcome to help. Our apartment had a balcony and was quite joyful in the evenings.

Everything! The apartment is large and bright and was cleaned. It is in very quiet location but at the same time it's very close to the most of attractions. The park is in next door. Seafront is 10 minutes walk. There are cafes and grocery stores around. Host is very friendly and can tell you about everything around, where to go and what to see. And I guess it's so nice to know that he is in touch at any time and ready to help you on any issue! Even though I didn't need help)

Great location, owner was very hands on and helpful. There is a separate room with washing machines and hanging space for your wet clothes with Washing powder provided as well. Everything is a short walk away. Larger than normal fridge with a microwave is in the room. Storage space for clothes.

The proximity of the apartment to all local attractions was ideal. The host was welcoming and helpful, speaking in English. The apartment was spacious with the washing machine available (downstairs). It was tricky to find the apartment, but Iko was waiting for us outside the building. Great communication with Iko. Thank you 😊
