Breakfast was varied and delicious. Location was very good, near centre of the city. In this hotel we felt like at home.The owners of the hotel recommended us the guide Sandro, who did our trip superb fantastic. He showed us the most beautiful places in Georgia, told us the history of the country. Sandro was profesional, friendly, helpful and very nice person. We feel comfortable with him. We will like to back to Georgia again.

My family really love here. Owner can’t speak English well but her hospitality is very impressive. We checked in so late but she waited and showed us the 3rd floor hi-light place. BF was really good & delicious. N very nice decoration.

Everything was excellent especially the balcony!!!

Excellent location with a very nice view and peaceful family friendly atmosphere and we have trifle felt at home ! Super tasty and healthy 4 start breakfast was was served on our convenient time..Tea / coffee/ milk was provided and all in the cheapest rate ever!!!Sofia , more than a hostess, she was like a sister to me who was taking care of us . Arranged a taxi driver who has taken care and guided us like a big brother, that too at a cheaper rate and all the 3 days he was with us showing the nicest places introducing special food, assisting us in shopping etc.. The 4 days we spent at this hotel was amazing and unforgettable!!! Georgia, amazed us with its beautiful nature, cool weather and the most welcoming people especially the youth !!! Loved Georgia and loved the most peaceful full days in my life at hotel Inaisi !!

We spent 4 nights at this lovely hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations: really nice owners who made us feel comfortable and at home, great location and view from the terrace, fresh and delicious breakfast. It's a unique place to stay: like staying both in a hotel and at a local's home. We really recommend and would stay here again. Additionally, this hotel works with a great tour guide - Sandro. He picked us up at the airport and drove us on sighseeing tours every day. Great person and great driver. We really recommend him - just ask the hotel for his contacts. All in all, these lovely people at Inaisi hotel and Sandro created for us an unforgettable experience with very good value for money. Thank you!

The host were extreamly nice and helpful. The place is 100% clean. The breakfast was great. There is a nice terrace in the upper floor, with great view of the city, and sofas to relax.

You need to be a good driver to get up those hills, but there was a parking lot just in front of the hotel.

It was no problem to check in late/early in the morning. Also we had a really good, freshly prepared breakfast and appreciated Sofia, speaking German.

Sometimes hard to communicate. It was also hard to tell who was staff and who wasn't. It feels like you're staying at someone's house which sometimes felt odd, like we were intruding (mostly because we couldn't really communicate with them). Would be nice if they offer to help you with your luggage up the stairs when you arrive.

Nice breakfast spread. Room was simple and humble but clean. My husband and I each had a small single bed. A/C worked well which was important because it was super hot in Kutaisi at the time! Owner doesn't speak English well but she tried and is very sweet. Rooftop space was nice, great view of town.

Everything was perfect!

The stylish, clean rooms! Great location! Walking distance to city center! Amazing delicious breakfast mafe by Sofia! The owners ( Sandro and Sofia) of hotel were very hospitable and made us enjoy every day of the stay. They also connected us to a driver who brought us to Okatse Canyon, Prometeus Cave and georgian delights factory. Also they offered to spend a time - free of charge- on the amazing terrace from which you would have beautiful views. Terrace itself is an Instagram place - you would have unforgettable memories here for sure! House wine was a huge plus😍

IT IS A TOTALLY NEW PROPERTY, THE WARMTH OF HOME, THE KINDNESS OF ITS OWNERS, IT WAS A REALLY NICE EXPERIENCE. THEY COORDINATED TRANSPORTATION FROM THE AIRPORT AND TOURS THROUGH THE CITY, THE DRIVER IS AN EXCELLENT PERSON.

- neighborhood dogs barking. this is normal for Georgia so not much they can do :) - a few small items that could improve the rooms: more hangers (we had 4), small table lamps, somewhere to store items in the toilet, like a shelf in the shower

- the owners we mostly dealt with Sofia) were very friendly and accommodating, even with a language barrier. - breakfast was made fresh every day at the time requested - beds were comfortable - the property was cleaned daily and seemed well run - they can organize transfers to/from the airport - close to the center but located on a quiet, leafy street away from road noise etc. - cleaning offered when needed

we stayed at the hotel for 3 days and it was a very good experience. The staff was really friendly and specially Sofia was really good. The best thing about the hotel is the food. It was so good. highly recommended!!
