It was really noiisy in the middle of the night. Not sure if it was guests or staff, but heard arguments(not a deal breaker ) as this can be just a one time occurence

Loved the overall feel, warmth and amazing service by staff. Our room was so spacious and the mountain view was breathtaking. The star was the ‘tub’ in the room overlooking the snow capped mountains. Our baby just loved it. Everything from the staff to food was amazing. Will definitely recommend. Reasonably priced too.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish.Restaurant with excellent service in where i had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Stayed 3 nights in this amazing hotel. The staff are very polite and friendly and they always go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and happy. My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary here and it couldn't be more perfect. Sopho, Gvantsa and Jaba at the hotel restaurant will be missed, in these 3 days they became a familiar smiling face I would look forward to everyday. They often graciously offered thier unmatched hospitality and company which truly gave us an enriching experience . The view from the hotel was breathtaking. We found ourselves picking up our phones to capture it every few hours. The rooms are very quiet and well insulated even for minus degree temperature. Highly recommend and I know I will be back soon!

Breakfast ; the selection was very poor Despite being low season & less number of guests, the service was very slow & sub optimal. Rooms are very basic. I was in one of the higher categories. They could add more character to the rooms. there is no storage space like a cupboard which could be challenging for people travelling in a group / families / couples.

The room was quite small as was the bathroom but clean and in good repair.

Kazbegi is beautiful and the hotel was located a bit outside of the main town with an uphill walk. The interior was modern and clean and the staff friendly. We enjoyed the bar and breakfast was pretty good with a range of items.
