My hosts always cared a lot for me and their other guests. They really made me feel like home over the whole stay. Very delicious breakfast with great variety of home-made cuisine (including tasty welcome snacks after arrival). Hotel only few steps away from Rabati fortress. Extraordinary support regarding private transport to near Vardzia cave city and other destinations. My stay in Georgia really would not have been the same without staying in Hotel Julia. It was my pleasure.

We had the best stay at this cute little hotel. The owners are the nicest people and make you feel like at home from the moment you enter. They took care of us so well, welcomed us with tea and cookies, prepared a delicious breakfast at the time we wanted, offered their homemade wine in the evening, etc. The room and bed were very comfortable and clean and we could always stay and work in the living room too. When it was cold at night, they turned on the heating for us. The location was amazing too, right in front of Rabati Castle. We did not want to leave anymore and extended our stay for two mire nights. Everything was just perfect!

One of the best guesthouses I've ever been. Perfect location, perfect hosts, incredible hospitality. The owner gave us home-made wine and chacha. Provide a tour over the nearest places of interest and gave us a lift to Borjomi. Breakfast is awesome, everything is fresh and just cooked. Strongly recommend this place, we'd like to stay there once again 100%!

The only minor thing was the bathroom. It is very small, and there's no seperation of the shower. So when you take one, the whole place gets wet. But since everything else was excellent, we won't complain about that.

The most lovely couple runs this hotel. Bella and Seiran do everything to make your stay awesome. They do their best to learn and speak English and if they get stuck, there's always translation by phone :-) We were welcomed with coffee, tea and cookies and got a bottle of very nice, homemade wine. The family has a wine yard for generations already. You can also try the homemade chacha (wodka). We're no drinkers, so we passed. The hotel is right across the very nice castle. There's a good restaurant next door and Seiran made sure we got a nice table there. The room is good, as is the airconditioning. Despite being at the road, it is nice and quiet. The guest rooms are upstairs, Seiran helped getting our luggage up and down (thanks!). Breakfast was very good, way too much for us.

Hard to find and i don't have any

Love everything here, owner was nice, kind and always smile. Looking after us when arrive and leave..i totally understand why everyone give 10 to this place. Room : big and very clean. Owner give us homemade wine and give it back home too. Breakfast was amazing she set up at the time we want and very beautiful set up...i love love love this hotel and definitely come back to stay here again.

Our hosts have been super nice to us. They offered us a better room for no extra charge, because it was empty. They gave us home made wine as a gift. They are very welcoming and warm-hearted. Good example of the Georgian hospitality. The rooms were clean and comfy. Breakfast was also delicious and a lot. Next time if we come to this area again, we will definitely stay there. Highly recommended!! 10/10

The location is great, right outside Rabati fortress and 2 min. from the town square. The inside looks very clean and professional. The owners Bella and Seiran are incredibly nice people. I spent an evening with them chatting an trying their excellent homemade wine and chacha. They serve a breakfast for kings, I was not hungry for the rest of the day.

Everything was perfect.

This place is run by the most humblest Georgian couple I have met, Mr. Seiran and Mrs. Bella. The family-run guest house JULIA is right opposite to the Rabati Castle. The room was extremely clean, well kept and cosy. The couple were so welcoming and kind. They welcomed us with some warm coffee.. home made wine, cake and some rich Baklava, which I must say were truly delicious. The hostess was thoughtful in providing us with everything we needed and both made us feel comfortable. The breakfast was a lavish spread of a variety of healthy and tasty dishes. I highly recommend this hotel. This place and the host will make you feel at home. They are just amazing.

Extremely nice and welcoming hosts! They offered us delicious free and homemade cheese, wine and chacha, as well as unlimited fruits, snacks, tea/coffee etc. I never felt that much "at home" in a hotel. Our room was bigger than expected, the breakfast was great and a lot! Definitely a great experience, thank you! A true 10/10!

The hotel (it's more B&B) is just amazing. The hosts are very nice, kind & helpful. The place is perfectly clean and nicely furnished. We were warmly welcomed and treated. We will definitelly come back when in Georgia. This is surely the place to stay when in Akhaltsike.

Everything about this guesthouse was perfect. The host puts a lot of effort into making the guests stay a pleasant one. The room was comfortable and quiet. The location couldn't be better; just across the street from the castle and 10 minute walk from the bus station. The breakfast was excellent. The homemade wine was amazing as well. I also recommend Julia's husband for the trip to Vardzia.

I intended to stay in Akhaltsikhe for one night, but as soon as I was welcomed at Hotel Julia, I wanted to extend my stay. In the end I stayed three nights. The room (nr. 2) was the nicest so far on my Georgian tour - extremely clean, modern, bright, beautifully decorated, high ceilings, wooden floorboards… and a stunning view of the Rabati castle - perfect! Breakfast was included in the room price, it was huge and delicious, also there was always coffee and tea available. It was nice sitting on the verandah sipping coffee or eating complimentary fresh grapes and admire the view. It was also possible to be driven to visit the Sapara monastery (or any other nearby destination like Vardzia), which was definitely worth it. And I was kindly allowed to wash my bicycle on the yard as well. Thank you Bella and Seyran + children + Johnny the puppy, for all your hospitality and warmth. I highly recommended Hotel Julia, it is genuinely worth a ten and a plus!

If you ever will be in Achalciche do not hesitate to book Julia Hotel. Everything was perfect, starting from room : very clean, with AC and perfect bed , ending on owners- amazing people which will treat you like family !
