Great homely vibe with everyone very friendly. Nice to meet up and chat with other travelers from around the world. Awesome vegetarian dinner- in fact all meals are great prepared by registered chef Sharma. The room we had with a double bed ( the karma sutra suite) was large and very comfortable.

The dorm is very big so if you are a light sleeper, make sure to bring ear plugs. If you are looking for the "real Georgian experience" - this is more like a European/Anglo-Saxon "enclave". But for me, after a month in Georgia it was what I needed.

I really enjoyed my stay in this little paradise. It was what I needed at that time. It has kind of a festival vibe - spontaneous day trips to stunning natural places (the canyon! The hot springs!), super delicious vegetarian food in the evenings, an impromtu dance party (ABBA!), just sitting at the table or on the porch and share stories or sing together... lots of friendly people, animals and kids around. Unforgettable. The place has a very nice vibe and was thoughtfully created by its owners. The bunk beds are comfortable, there is lots of space to chill or do some work, the bathroom is clean and has three separate toilets and showers. There is also a small kitchen that you can use if you are on a budget and want to prepare your own food. The area is very peaceful, a little outside of Martvili but within walking distance to a small supermarket. The owners can borrow you a bike for 25 lari, or if you don't mind walking longer distances/hitchhiking, you can reach most places easily.

Karma hostel has the best vibes! We wish we had stayed longer to absorb the community that they are creating but we’ve had some amazing chats nevertheless! The room was super comfortable and we were able to soak in the morning sun. Genuinely something out of a movie!!

The signage and the hostel was a little bit difficult to find

The whole hostel is a mood, people are nice, staff is nice, funny and very welcoming. Would definitely recommend to stay there to go to the canyons !

The stay at Karma left a profound impact on us. The people, the care, the atmosphere. We were truly able to relax for the first time on our trip and meeting all the lovely people and the owner left us inspired. The food was simply incredible and we loved the area.

everything. you can social, great people great chat. or have your own space, enough area to sit and do your thing. amazing dinner, homemade lemonade. the yoga space is so refreshing! Grateful for this well thought and looked after place. It’s a hostel but it’s was my perfect vocational break.

Karma Hostel, is a really nice place, great vegetarian food, friendly and cozy. It's an oasis and highly recommended to anyone looking for a different and more communal stay-experience in Georgia.

What a beautiful place. I spend two nights in karma hostel and it was fabulous. I slept very good even it was a dorm, the food was really nice, the area is so beautiful and calm and the people really nice. I can highly recommend to just go to martvili to spend some days in the karma hostel!

Our unplanned stay at Karma Hostel was a highlight of our trip. From the warm welcome to the exceptional facilities, every detail surpassed our expectations. The rooms were comfortable, the garden and bar added charm, and the local wine selection was superb. Staff hospitality was exceptional, with helpful tips that enriched our Georgian experience, including a memorable visit to Baia's Wine. Karma Hostel isn't just a place to stay, it's a genuine part of the Martvili experience.

Such a brilliant place. Amazing hospitality, fantastic food and excellent company. Couldn’t fault it. The meals were probably the highlight - freshly prepared delicious food every night. This was the best food we had in Georgia. Nice and quiet for sleeping and everyone was great - this place clearly attracts a nice crowd. Can’t wait to come back.

The temperature outside was very hot and it was even hotter in the dorm. We couldn't sleep well, it would be better to place air conditioning.

We liked the atmosphere of the hostel, here you can enjoy beautiful interior and friendly, interesting people. The food is amazing. guys cook it they own, it's vegetarian and super tasty. Here you feel like you came to your friends country house, so cozy.
