We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The yard is fantastic, you should definitely spend at least one evening sitting and relaxing there. Rooms have A/C. Everything else is pretty nice. Shall definitely visit the second time.

Czech RepublicWe took 2 rooms in this hotel for a night. Unfortunately the airheating wasn't working in one of our rooms, worked only in one of them, so it was a bit cold, but otherwise, very nice hotel. Breakfast could have little more food options, but what they had was good.
Very nice place situated in a nice vineyard, modern look, comfortable beds.

Georgiabooked room on the photo and reality didn’t match no screen on our window, TV wasn’t working, stuff pretend to fix it but it was staged. Cheep breakfast, if you are vegetarian will be hungry. gave them some fruit to keep in refrigerator, could not fined it next day.

South AfricaWe had two elderly people in the group and no assistance with luggage was offered or given?? There are no bedside lamps. Initially we were shown a room with rubbish bathroom but we refused and another was offered. Very little English spoken but the lady at reception was helpful and friendly. The rest of the staff was not too friendly.
The facilities are good. The location is great. The lady at the reception is trying her best.

Czech RepublicThe hotel staff made us upset by a classical scam of not willing to tell us precise prices of dinner meals in advance, and then heavily overcharging the bill. The price they charged was 150 % in comparison to four star wine resorts in Kakheti, and around 200 % to best Telavi restaurants. The food was a decent Georgian home cuisine quality but nothing spectacular. For the price they want their guests to pay, they need to switch to a haute cuisine and to seriously improve service, which was family-warm, but rather poor in terms of professionalism.
The rooms were clean and equipped with A/C. The hotel premises are beautiful.
