Great place! The rooms very big with 2 bathrooms and very comfortable with a view to the diamond bridge! The entrance to the bridge included in the price! The best breakfast I ate in all Georgia! The chef was very pleasant and nice and all our stay was perfect! The staff was very helpful and trying to help with all our needs!

More dining accessories and 24/7 mini market would be great when room service is not working. Wine opener, wine glasses and such kind of small things. Sometimes you want to enjoy beautiful evening with good wine.

I was there in the late September. It was a bit cold in the toilets. Temperature in the rooms were good due to air conditioners.

Awesome cottage! It's clean and cozy. I really like apartments. It's a nice place for a family of 2 adults and 1-2 kids.

The restaurant staff does not speak English.

The house was great, supplied in high quality furniture and made of good materials. It is extremely comfortable although we rented one villa for two families. The bridge itself and canyon is great fun, better than in the photos. The breakfast is delicious, served in a really nice restaurant. Overall a surprisingly great stay.

The road is very, very tiring and dangerous during the night. The restaurant and the swimming pool were closed, due to crowding, as they said. Mostly it was the Israelis who we saw using the restaurant (the hotel is Israeli, by the way)

The villa is nice, with a wonderful view of the mountain, in addition to free entry to the Jawhara Bridge and the waterfall

I recently had a pleasure of staying at Kass Dimond Resort in Georgia, and I must say that it surpassed all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the resort's stunning location, luxurious amenities, and exceptional service. Every aspect of my stay was handled with care and attention to detail, thanks in large part to the exceptional management skills of Amo, the resort's manager. First, the resort's location is truly breathtaking. It offers breathtaking views of Dashbashi Canyon and Diamond bridge, lush greenery, and a tranquil river that flows nearby. The accommodations at the resort are great. My room was tastefully decorated, featuring modern amenities and a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. Overall, Room was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend to book resort with breakfast. The food and the view are amazing. Dinner at the restaurant was very authentic. We tried local fish, meat, Tsalka potato, and of course, wine. Our stay would not be as memorable without helpful and friendly desk manager- Amo. From the moment I arrived until the day of my departure, Amo went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for the guests were truly remarkable. Amo was always available to answer any questions, provide recommendations, and address any concerns promptly. These are not deal breakers, just some suggestions for improvement. Provided the restaurant closed at 7, we could have done with a microwave in the room- especially as there's room for it on the shelves. The stairs were broken and a bit dangerous in one place (welding was breaking from the main pole). The breakfast was quite big but lacked an option of eggs/cereal and we were told there was no tea or cappuccino even though they had a professional coffee machine in the restaurant. The menu was printed on plain paper and printed lop-sided, which took away from the great impression of the restaurant a little bit.

The location, the staff, the cottage itself, the resort- the bridge, the views- everything was really we organized, we enjoyed ourselves immensely. Everything is super-clean, the quality of the decoration is to a 5-star level. We asked to extend the checkout by 1 hour and the lady was super friendly and allowed us to at no extra cost. Free entrance to the bridge for the guests and some free drinks in the fridge were a nice add-on too.

In my room, the heater is not warm but in another room is good.

it was very cold day and it took time the water to be hot. in the other hand, it was too hot inside the cottage so we opened the window at night.

in front of the Dashbash Kanion. the entrance to the Kanion is free if you stay there. two floors cottage.

The area was dead and everything was closed when we visited in winter. Everything was closed because of the snow. If the whole area can’t operate in snow in winter then why there is a hotel opened there? They need to figure out a way to deal with the snow. We wasted two nights and couldn’t do anything (the diamond bridge, the canyon were closed, as well as the road to the paravani lake). There are also no restaurants nearby only the hotel restaurant is open and sometimes they close sooner than expected.
