Our room was a skosh small, and the lighting was horrible—garishly bright florescent overhead, and over-bright bedside bulbs. It also has a "balcony," but it's about 50cm wide. Also... if you get chatting with the gentleman who owns it, get ready for cha-cha, or sharpen your refusal skills! Classic Caucasus hospitality!

A high quality hotel for a lower price than some others in town. A tasty breakfast, friendly staff, clean rooms, and a good view of Kazbegi and the valley. It had a very cool, smallish lounge; but they could seriously have benefitted from some quiet tunes playing. Two guys were on calls and it was a bit awkward.

This is a family hotel and you can feel be treated like a family member by the kind, lovely, responsible hosts. I spent 4 nights here and it really left a pleasant impression for my life : )

There was a strong fog for the two days of my stay, so I couldn’t see mountains at all-not the property fault, of course. It’s just a reason to come back again when the weather is better :)

Great location, close to all hikes. Amazing breakfast, the sweetest lady owner that was there to answer all the questions. Clean room, hot shower, and speedy internet. Wonderful lounge area to chill with a glass of wine! Highly recommend

This place stands out among other hotels: it has a modern design, large windows with a beautiful view. The owners are very helpful, the breakfast area and the lounge have the best view of Kazbegi. Breakfast was unique, very filling. The hostess serves home-baked bread. We traveled with a small child and this place was perfect. We will definitely come back.

The lounge area is lovely and it would be great if there were some drinks and snacks sold. It would be also great if the dining area suggested some restaurant or cafe facilities (not only breakfast and coffee), it would make it much more convenient than going out to look for dinner. These are only suggestions, we have had really good experience as it is as well :)

The location is very nice, the hotel is clean and staff helpful. We really enjoyed the beautiful view from the cozy lounge and the breakfast area! The breakfast was very tasty with homemade dishes, which we really enjoyed. I definitely recommend the place.

Kazbegi is the place I recommend everyone and recommend the hotel we stayed there. Hotel is clean, beautiful view to mountains, yummy breakfast with many choices. Unfortunately they don’t serve lunch and dinner so we had go to shops or restaurants. But it wasn’t a problem. Family run the hotel and they are so kind and helpful with everything you needed. Oh I miss Kazbegi already.. They are lucky to live there ❤️

Breakfast doesn't begin until 9am; since it's included in the price it would be great to offer a simple packed option the night before for anyone leaving early to hike (hardboiled egg, bread, fruit). The rooftop terrace has amazing views, but it opens off of an attic that is currently unfinished so it's not really being used. I liked this place a lot, and would consider staying again, but it seemed overpriced to me at 234 GEL/night.

Boutique hotel set a bit up the hill from the main street. My room was on the upper floor and had a great view of Mt. Kazbegi from the balcony. It was small, but nicely laid out with a comfortable mattress and nice shower. The second floor lounge was spacious and comfortable and also had great views. Breakfast was delicious with good variety -- over the two mornings I was there, they served omelets, hard-boiled eggs, pancakes, khachapuri, bread, cheese, meats, fried potatoes, a couple different salads, tomatoes & cucumbers, fresh fruit, jam, honey, cold cereals, buckwheat porridge and some cakes. Coffee and tea were always available.

The view from the shared living space upstairs, the breakfast room and our bedroom were like a painting. The hotel is perfectly located and have a mountain view. A wonderful breakfast was laidout the next morning with a perfect balance between typical Georgian dishes and other common breakfast goods. Sharing a breakfast in a warm and bright room facing the gorgeous Kazbegi mountains and church. We also really appreciated the warm welcome and attention of our host.

Everything was perfect... The room, view, yummy breakfast with lot of options even for sweet tooth, not just usual as other places in Georgia... Our baby had a birthday when staying at the hotel and they have made us even small party for him... Excellent place, would 100% recommend.. thank you!
