It didn't bother us but it is a bit of a climb from the town centre. It may be a problem for some people- be prepared for lots of uphill walking or arrive by car.

There is a design flaw in that the bathroom is downstairs, so we had to negotiate a steep flight of stairs if we needed the toilet during the night.

We got lucky experiencing significant snow, the first of the season, which is the reason we traveled there in the first place. Convenient little kitchen, decent bathroom with a nice living area. Great loft bedroom that was very comfortable. Spectacular views. The owner Nika was very helpful and quickly responded to anything that we needed, including helping us get around after we were snowed in. Very special place.

Everything was perfect

Views are breathtaking, you can see the Trinity Church from the cottage. Nika’s hospitality adds additional star to the stay. I would recommend this over any 5 start hotel. Everything is thoughtfully done, cottage has almost everything you need. We did a 6 days road trip, Nika recommended us a good car company for our trip and helped us with the weather updates to plan our trip better. Overall i am so happy that I booked this cottage, one of the best travel experience i had so far.

This hotel was simply amazing! It was the first time we experienced enjoying a hot bath and and a breathtaking view at Kazbegi Mountains at the same time! Our experience absolutely corresponds to the first photo you see on Booking when you take a closer look at this hotel. One wall of the apartment is almost completely made of glass that makes your experience even better - beautiful view both from the living room and the bedroom! The owner is a really nice guy who helped us arrange taxi to the monastery (in winter there is no access be a normal car) and gave us a bottle of wine as a present! We highly recommend this accommodation!! 🤩

Great views on mountains! Heating was perfect (it was warm, you can regulate temperature, hot water without problem). Interior is very nice and cozy, perfect for a big company. there’s a bath with a view. we had two bedrooms with doors. Place is perfect, as it is higher on the mountain so you have better view. Host was perfect with communication and informed us on whether the road was open, how to get there and where to eat.

Everything went well, and Nico was quite flexible with our arrival time, so it was easy to get the key the keys. The cottage itself is fantastic, everything was clean and we've got a surprise bottle of wine from the host on arrival. Comparing to other cottages in the area, this is perfect value for the money. And the view is just astonishing!
