The location is amazing. 3 min walk to the iconic clock. Walking distance to great restaurants and bars is 3 minutes. There is a magnificent balcony view. The breakfast is delicious. but should not forget. With the comfort and friendliness of a hostel rather than a hotel. I can't stay anywhere else. and most importantly amazing, kind, helpful, friendly staff

This was the second time I have stayed at this absolutely amazing accommodation and I am already planning to be back! The hotel is located in the heart of the city, in a unique and evocative area. The staff welcomed me with great love! I just want to let them know that I am really grateful for that! Diana, the hotel manager as well as her colleagues: Lena, Mariam, Levani, Natia and Nina are all exceptionally great people. They gave me a helping hand whenever I needed it. The breakfast was plentiful but not to our taste. We love cereals and fresh bread

We spent ten nights at Kindli and really felt at home. The location, in the heart of the old town, is fantastic. All around are lovely cafes, restaurants, ateliers, and some of the most famous landmarks. It's also easy to reach the metro and buses from here. The decor is charming, and the balcony, with its great view, is the perfect place to start the day or end it, talking to other guests and planning what to see next in this incredible city. The staff is friendly and a real pleasure to talk to.

The room door is a bit thin, so you hear a lot from the hallway etc.

The hotel staff is exceptionally friendly and nice. Very welcoming and nice conversations. The location is prime and breakfast served till 11am. What else do you want? A really great experience to stay there and the best value for money.

There was NOTHING we didn’t like!

Fantastic artsy hotel in the ABSOLUTE BEST location in Tbilisi! Very walkable so we would often return to the hotel to drop off our bags or hide from the rain and have a quiet cup of tea (always available!) on their indescribably charming terrace. The staff are incredibly attentive and helpful and the breakfast is amazing! The rooms are quiet and artsy and well.

Room a bit small but with all other positive things this is not even an issue

Location was fantastic and the staff were absolutely amazing and extremely friendly. Surprised us with a bottle of wine and balloons for my wife’s birthday. Loved our stay felt welcomed and part of family. Would definitely come back. Also kids enjoyed so much.

Our second stay here and again, the staff exceeded our expectations. We were a large group of friends who had a late flight out -- the staff were incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond our expectations. I would highly highly highly recommend staying here to any of my family or friends traveling to Tbilisi!

The location was brilliant, short walk to see what Tbilisi has to offer. The bedroom was great, very different and a super use of space. Public areas were great, the use of the kitchen and seating area, plus an excellent breakfast.

Nothing! It was all great!

Location is PERFECT for exploring Tbilisi -- right in the heart of the old city. The hotel was exceptional - a boutique experience with quirky rooms in one of the old buildings, it has a great community balcony overlooking the city. The breakfast was hands-down the best breakfast we've had from a hotel in a while, and the staff were incredibly helpful in all ways. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

I parked my car nearby, the next day I noticed that car was scratched in multiple places, and it was obvious that it was done by intention. I will not recommend to park cars here.

Excellent breakfast, although there is not much space to seat in the kitchen inside. But there are plenty of space outside if it is not too cold. The place is perfect , there are good restaurants very close to this hotel. You can go to Liberty square by foot.

As the building is an actual house, it does not have a hotel feeling but that can be a plus except it is not very sound proof. İf you crash with other guess during breakfast it is hard to move around or find space to sit.

It felt like we were homeowners in Tbilisi and Kindli was our apartment. Rooms were cosy and authentic. The balcony was such a fun to sit at night and watch tourists walking by underneath. We were appelled by the breakfast being served ina actual kitchen, but swiftly gotten used to the home feeling. The terrace in the jitchen was Joy to have meals at.

No lifts so you will help to carry your suitcases. The family room is very small and ceiling is low, we constantly bumped our heads. However the kids really loved the attic beds and small windows looking out to the sky. Bathroom is tiny.

The location is only 5 mins walk to the leaning clock, also close to old quarter areas so you can save time from taxi and metro. The homemade breakfast was warm and full, with a balcony looking out to the streets and building. Sunrise is absolutely incredible from this balcony.
