Nice place, they have terase with nice view ,clean room. Hospitable hosts took care of everything, provided additional tours around the area and further trips.

Very nice terrace with view of the cathedral! Basic apartment, not super cozy or luxury, but you get everything you need for a city stay! Located in a backyard, so safety-feeling was very good!

The hosts, they are very friendly and are happy to help. They also picked me up in the airport and brought me to the train station when I left. The relocation is great, close to everything, room was very cosy and quiet. The terrace was absolutely amazing!

The toilet needed some excersice from our side to function properly.

The lady who showed us our room was very lovely. We liked the private entrance to our room and the terrace overlooking the town and a church. The room was perfectly compact, having everything that one would need.

Location is perfect, just a few minutes from the centre. The room was very clean, bathroom as well. Owners were helpful with organising car rental as well as airport transfer. Very helpful. We recommend this place.

Everything was great. Petre - the owner, is lovely guy. The contact with him is ideal. He is writing by himself with a lot of questions and tips how to get to the Kuraisi / guest house. Practically everyday he is oraganizing trips for guest, in different interesting places in whole Georgia. Petre is also producing a home made wine, which you could buy and taste on guest house terrace. The room was clean and comfortable, as well as a toilet. As the name of the guest house tells - it's the best place to stay in Kutaisi.

It’s a room with a bathroom, it is not a guesthouse. There is no kitchen or shared space, no reception-desk. Staff was not around during my stay (but when I texted them they texted back soon, and were helpful with giving information by text).

Fantastic location and staff, very well equipped kitchen. Nearby streets are calm, but just few steps away from shops and city center. Owners are very kind and supportive, also with organizing local tours. Room and bed are comfortable, whole place is very clean and if you are lucky, you can hear beautiful piano sounds nearby. Best guesthouse to stay in Kutaisi.

- amazing hosts, they organised a very nice day tour and airport transfer for us - wine tasting in a lovely cellar - good location, very close to the old city center and a market - very good breakfast (also served in that lovely cellar) - it was easy to communicate with the hosts both in English and Russian

Very nice and helpful host, he waited us at the airport, organized the canyon trip for us, with a very good and careful driver. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable and well equipped. Not to mention the central position of it. I can just recommend it. Thank you Peter, Mary for everything. 😊

Decorations in the room were not my cup of tea, but that's just me, everything was fine :)

The location was awesome, you walk just downhill for 5 minutes and you are in the city center. It was easy to find, and we liked that they left 2 WhatsApp numbers, one for English and one for Russian, very friendly. The owner is very friendly and welcomed us with traditional Georgian wine which was great :)
