Perfect location with easy access to the nearby facilities, restaurants, banks, shops, etc. The street where the hotel is located runs parallel to the main so it's very quit. The hotel itself is very comfortable, with beautiful interiors and well decorated. Our room had historical wall made of stones with looks stunning with fantastic mountain view as well as balcony. Breakfast is continental with local products and traditional svan options. We really enjoyed the taste and freshiness of the products as well as the passion and the way the breakfast was made. Additionally to mention is roasted coffee from the machine. This is super cool option as this was the only hotel in Georgia we stayed with good roasted coffee. And the last thing in the owners of the hotel Tamara and Ralf that make this place so unique and charming. Very friendly people with a deep knowledge of the local culture and traditions. You can always ask about the suggestions of what to visit, try and see nearby as well as have a friendly talk. Definitely recommended place when visiting Mestia.

Very helpful and friendly hosts, we felt ourselves like home! The hotel is very cozy, clean, and functional. There is a place for ski equipment inside, still the floor remains so clean that we moved around in socks. The room is large, filled with air and sun. The bathroom is also big and convenient. Great breathtaking view from the balcony. Breakfast is pretty good - natural coffee and every day something new for the hot dishes and desserts. Lamish is located near the city center (~10 min of slow walking) but far enough from the main road, so that the air is cleaner and there is no noise.

Super friendly and helpful. Great location, you can see the whole valley. The breakfast is also great, they have a lot of fresh produce, fresh milk and daily homemade yoghurt.

Everything was excellent

Excellent guest house. One of the nicest guest house I stayed at in Georgia. Very clean with large, modern rooms closer to something you would more likely find in Europe, The view from the balcony of the room was fantastic. Excellent location close to town- about a 10 minute walk. The hosts were friendly and attentive, and provided any information or help needed. The breakfast was excellent. Based on the very friendly and helpful owners, along with the superbly clean facility, large rooms with an outstanding view of the mountains, and value I would definitely stay here again

The structure of the building makes every sound reverberate. The room next to kitchen has great outdoor space but you can hear the fridge etc at night gurgling away.

Nice little staff that guests can take and use like candles, holders for aroma sticks, glasses and so on.
