The hotel looks quite fresh and well-maintained. The room was clean and comfortable. I could smell the wood in my room, which was very pleasant and added to the cozy atmosphere. I appreciated the attention to detail in the decor. The hostess is very welcoming. Overall, I'm totally satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

if you are planning to stay on Old military road, Stepantsminda is the place and Hotel Misty is a great choice. Very nice room with a big terrace, and the view of the Gergeti Trinity Church with Kazbek mountain behind it is something amazing.

The facilities are brand new but toilet seat was loose!

The view was great. The reception staff always offered to make us tea and coffee. A lovely gesture. Calling cabs and discussing Georgian recipes all a pleasure!

A little bit far away from the "center", the restaurants and places to see. But it's quieter.

There's not enough space to put your toiletries in the bathroom, a little shelf over the sink would be convenient.

We loved everything about this hotel! Very stylish and comfy room with an amazing view, big terrace and lovely common areas on both floors. We came for a 3-day stay with a big family and we loved the fact that there was some space where we could all sit and have our morning tea together overlooking the mountains. The staff is also extremely polite and helpful.

If you want to spend your time in the room naked, make sure to choose a room on upper floor, as other guests might want to sit at a terrace right outside the window! :)

Non at my case. But our friends have some troubles in bathroom with shower.

Simple and beautiful room with excellent view on the mountains. You have exit through window door to terrace with your own table and chairs. On the second floor you can make a coffee or tea for free and enjoy your drinks watching all those really beautiful views) all staff are really friendly and ready to help you.

Everything was wonderful.

The hotel and the room was superclean all over the place, every day and at all times. The room was cosy, lot of space and very nice view both from the room and the nice terrace. Comfortable bed. The staff was very helpful, friendly and kind. It was 40 min walk to Pansheti mineral pool, and 2 hours walk to Gereti Trinity church.

Breakfast would be just perfect in such a place. Also, water didn't drain well in the shower, so tiny flooding occurred.

We loved the view, the terrace, and the room itself. While Kazbegi is not about chilling in the hotel room, it's a bounty to return to the cozy warm room after dozens of steps in the mountains. There is a place on the second floor, where you can have tea or coffee and warm your food, sit back and relax, and also another terrace to watch the night sky above in the comfy something. Nothing really, except it was a bit far from the center of Stepantsminda (but Stepantsminda is small, so it doesn’t really matter)

Beautiful room with amazing view. Very soft bed and good pillows. Very clean. Small kitchen where you can make tea/coffee (for free!), heat things in the microwave etc. The first morning I got woken up by cows, that had snuck into the garden at night - it was a funny way to wake up🤣 they provided towels, bathrobe, slippers, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush and more. Lastly, the woman in the reception was extremely kind and helpful. She helped me to shorten my stay via booking.com and gave me a refund for the last night, even though I had booked the non-refundable rate. She was always smiling and asking if she could help with anything.

The toilet wasn’t comfortable. And we only received one toilet roll for a stay of three days. The WiFi was very bad and sometimes no existent.

The room is comfortable. Every room has access to a great terrace with stunning views. The staff is friendly and are eager to help.
