Very friendly and hospitable manager and staff. Breakfast was good, with variety of choices. The room was clean, space was ok. With a balcony facing the main road and snow mountains. You can see the sunrise or sunset with the mountain view if the weather is good.

As for the "minor inconveniences," well, they turned out to be blessings in disguise: 1) Embrace the Digital Detox: The internet connection, particularly during rainy weather, might pose a challenge. Yet, this turned out to be a blessing, offering us the perfect excuse to unplug and immerse ourselves in the beauty of nature. 2) The limited soundproofing in the rooms encouraged early rises and more active days, allowing us to explore Mestia and its nearby attractions, connect with fellow travelers, and craft unforgettable memories.

This hotel is an absolute gem! From the moment we stepped into the brand-new building, we felt enveloped in warmth and tranquility. The rooms, adorned with a charming minimalist design, exuded coziness, and the vistas of the mountains through those large windows were nothing short of breathtaking. The mattresses, oh my, they were like a sanctuary for our backs, ensuring nights of deep and restful sleep. The dedication to cleanliness and comfort was consistently impeccable. Yet, what truly sets this place apart is the people. The staff here radiate genuine friendliness and hospitality, creating an atmosphere that instantly felt like home. Nana, the hotel manager, went above and beyond to make our stay extraordinary. She helped us arrange a delightful birthday surprise, and even organized a seamless pickup for our return journey. And let's not forget to mention Marina, the culinary magician in the kitchen. Her culinary skills were truly impressive, especially the mouthwatering pancakes for breakfast and the savory homemade Kubdari pies, a national delight. The hotel's location is a hidden gem – just a kilometer from the city center, yet tucked away from the urban hustle and bustle. It's a haven of peace and tranquility, as if you've found your own secluded slice of paradise. Our vacation here was nothing short of wonderful, and we eagerly anticipate the chance to return. This hotel doesn't just provide accommodation; it offers a genuine sense of home and warmth.

The glass on the balcony door was broken and if there were children traveling with us, it would be a hazard as glass fragments were sticking out. It was not an issue for me personally, but worth mentioning.

A new building with a minimalistic modern design and natural colors in the interior. The beds were super comfortable and helped to get good rest. The hotel is located away from the main streets of Mestia, therefore it's very quiet and tranquil. The manager Anna is very hospitable and warm, she made us feel welcome. The breakfast could have some more variety, but everything is made from scratch every morning and is fulfilling for a day. We were checking out early in the morning, and Anna and the chef prepared the breakfast to-go for us. Also, you may order dinner at the hotel. Tea and coffee are available 24/7 for self-service. The room was ready for our arrival, clean, and had basic amenities: slippers, towels, dental kits, and shampoo. A special thanks for the installed balcony door net which allowed me to sleep with the fresh mountain breeze at night and not be bothered with mosquitoes and other insects. The hotel has a small and cozy terrace for breakfast or enjoying the evening with a cup of tea or a glass of wine. Fleece blankets are also available =) Overall, we loved staying there and would definitely recommend this property!

Loved everything about this property. The best hotel, EXCELLENT I can say. They were fantastic hosts, who made us feel incredibly welcome and the hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. The food was absolutely delicious, the breakfast was amazing, the best we had during our trip in Georgia. Our room was perfectly clean and the bed was super comfy, we had a good nights sleep :) the location of the hotel is great. We had an amazing stay and we'll definitely be back, so I highly recommend hotel “Latveli” for anyone visiting Mestia. Thank you for your hospitality.

Clean rooms with minimalistic but pleasant interior. Comfortable beds. Bathroom is well equipped. No air conditioning if it matters. Extremely welcoming staff. Very nice breakfast with good diversity of options. We stayed at Svaneti apartments year before, this hotel is definetely much better. Thanks for having us!

It was my 4th time in Svaneti. Have stayed to different hotels before and here we have stayed for 5 days. I was astonished by the approach of the hotel staff. Very welcoming and helpful. Delicious breakfast, calm environment especially as I work online. Really enjoyed my stay there and will definitely stay at this hotel in future as well. 100% recommended, especially for online work with the view of Tetnuldi mountain and for family stay as well.
