1. Room and all other spaces Wasn’t very clean 2. Cleaning services was late 3 staff wasn’t very attentive- we reminded them to bring just toothpaste and toilet papers 4 times 4. Phone didn’t work - we had to go down to reception just to ask them smth 5. Pool was a disaster - very cold and dirty, nobody controlled safety and sanitary issues . Music was very loud and disturbing. 6. Breakfast wasn’t great - no safety and sanitary issues.

Room was big and light. View was great. AC worked perfectly.

The property was under construction & on booking site the same was not mentioned. We reached late night & no one knew where this hotel was. Based on location pin we reached somehow after circling in that area for quite a time. People and Taxi drivers in that area were not aware of this name of Hotel, they knew by some other name. Was very disappointing that such a big hotel & no whereabouts. Later they provided us room In Euphoria that was good.

the stuff was not great, very angry people, not clean; we asked for more than one hundred time about towels and we didnt get; the rooms was messy they didnt clean it up. the breakfast was the same for the 5 days i spend it there, they clean the tables and through the food on the floor.

only the location was great.

The hotel is not listed even .not 4 or 5 stars at all. Rooms and bathrooms are not clean .we stayed 5 nights in the hotel they didn't change the beds Hotel is far away from Batumi all activities even no private beach close .one day we asked 5 times the house keeping to come and clean they didn't.if you ask for water bottles once they will tell you it is chargeable, no iron if you require they will not send .only if you pay it will be with charges .the hote is all damaged with bad smell in bathrooms and paint smell in the hole hotel. The breakfast is a disaster you can't find any thing tasty or a good or clean table to sit , no good tea or coffee. Gym is broken. Swimming pool is still under construction Beds and pillow can cause all problems for your bones.

Thanks for David and the manager in the reception for helping us ,as the hotel is full of problems, he even helped us to take our languages to the car at the time of check out. The room is big .the view is nice on the sea.

The pool water was dirty. And the ping pong table was completely destroyed. The table net was torn and the rackets were completely destroyed. Breakfast was poor.

the Turkish manager imposed a lunatic rules which in all my years staying in hotel I have not experienced it, how can only one person be allowed on a suit they didn’t even let 2 of my friends who came to surprise me on my birthday to come up, I went to complain one of the Turkish security tried to fight my visitor, I thought in businesses like this a customer should be treated nicely but in this case they acted in a racial manner I didn’t expect to see a racist act in this 24th century from a 5 star hotel like legend hotel, I regret staying there even I left there without completing my stay and I will never go there or let anyone around or even my followers go there… thanks.

I made a reservation through Booking, but they took cash from me, and I also took money from Booking. They charged me twice as much, they're officially spam. I will attach my proof files after my message. They both took money from Booking and took money when I entered the hotel, and the dates do not match each other, they are officially scammers, if you do not believe me, you can check it from my reservation number and my name and surname. But I know you won't do anything again because I know it's not justice too, but hopefully someone will see my posts.

The hotel itself is nice but the staff don't know their job. It's a 5 star hotel. I don't understand anything. How did it get 5 stars? In general, the Booking system in Georgia is bad or the businesses are doing it on purpose. I've been scammed twice this year on Booking. Booking customer service is very difficult to reach, they both returned to me after 2 days. There's no point in apologizing because my time has passed. they came back after my travel time passed last time. To summarize, the Bookin system works badly throughout Georgia, I understand how Bookin's businesses leave hotels and the like unsupervised, this is the first time I see bad businesses in a country.
