A hotel experience unlike any other. Yakob, the owner, hosted a barbecue for all of his guests where he shared his father's delicious homemade wine. He was so kind and couldn't do enough to help us.

Very cool boutique hotel next to the Tbilisi city center! The hotel is very modern and clean, and less than 10 minutes walking to the heart of Tbilisi for sightseeing, shopping, eating and drinking. The hotel is also located close to supermarkets and transport. The breakfast is amazing, and besides the buffet you can order different types of eggs, omelettes, bacon, sausage, etc.

Thenomadmike loved this stay! Management and staff treated me like family while I was at the hotel. I was invited to their Sunday bbq where I enjoyed tasty local cuisine and engaged with the staff and friends. Excellent WiFi! Spacious rooms with an amazing view. It was an easy walk to the restaurants and local sites of interest. I highly recommend this hotel! All 10’s!

We stayed in this Hotel for over a week. And I have to say that we can clearly recommend this place to everyone, who looks for cozy, not big hotel, which is located on the walking distance from the old part of Tbilisi, metro station, bus station and cable car that can take you up to the Mother Georgia Statule. We booked our stay via Booking.com, which as always is easy. Almost instantly after booking we were contacted via WhatsApp by hotel with the greeting and checking if we possibly need anything else. And in fact, WhatsApp was the main way of communicating with the hotel before arrival and during our stay, which we find extremely efficient. Everyone we meet in the Hotel were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. There was nothing impossible, for example when we asked if there is a chance to organise some laundry for us, answer was yes, and everything was done within couple of hours and like it would be done at home, not hotel. Day before we left, we asked if they could help us with organising transfer to the airport, and again, this was no problem, even though we had to leave at 3am. We have been taken to the airport by Administrator itself, and it was so efficient and on time. Of course, it is not free service, but definitely worth its’ price. Room itself was very spacious and had everything what was needed. A/C worked as it supposed to, so we could have a good slip even considering fact, that for most of our stay temperature was over 30 degrees Celsius. Bathroom with good shower. All you need in fact. We had a breakfast included in our price. Unfortunately, due to our travel arrangements we used it only twice. But it was a good one. Simple, home made but fresh and very tasty and very healthy. In general, we can highly recommend this place for everyone, who does not like busy and commercial hotels. You will be much better and more comfy here than anywhere else.

Hotel is new and modern inside, room was very nice and clean. The manager and personal of the hotel were really polite and helpful. Breakfast were tasty and diverse. We arrived with a car and were able to park in front of the hotel. Location is good too, so if someone hesitate to book this hotel, I really recommend it!

Really an amazing hotel... It has excellent location with the picturesque view of the old city and river. The staff is professional, kind and helpful. The rooms are nice, comfortable and most importantly very clean. The food is very tasty. Possibility to park the car in front of the hotel. Only 5 minutes and you can enjoy the sightseeing of the city, but the privilege of the hotel is that though being in the heart of the city it is located in a very cute and calm street.

The location is a bit inside. Other than that everything was perfect.

The room was big and clean. It had kitchen facilities with all the necessary basic utensils. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. The breakfast was good.
