Absolutely stunning

Very limited choice of restaurants and only the French restaurant in the castle was nice. The other restaurants were just average quality with average service. Was a bit of a pain to always have to call reception for buggies. And the hotel is 30 min away from the nearest village if you need anything. Also they don't have facility for making international calls which was bizarre. Would probably suggest to go in summer time as was freezing.

The lake, the scenery, the rooms were decent enough, would not say very luxury tho.

Exceptional is one thing which goes beyond! Lopota Resorts. 3rd visit but still love and look forward more to revisit them again. This place is amazing. Very big, private, many pools, rooms are comfortable, bed was huge. There was even its own Christmas market on the territory. It should be even better in summer and I am going to return.

There was no room service menu in the room. We were a family of 4 and only 1 small bottle of water was provided for each which was not enough. Also we had to request menu separately by what’s app for each restaurant which we recommend to be included on the in room dining screen or available in digital format for ease of customer to make there dining choice.

We came to spend Christmas at the property and also ushered in my birthday. Sofia was very welcoming and accommodating. The property is situated on a beautiful location, the hotel had a very festive look for Christmas, our room Duplex suite was very good with a beautiful view of the lake and the property and the mountains. The Oval restaurant food we had was one of the best Italian I have eaten.

It is a great resort with all the facilities. The only challenge we faced was the language as most of the staff is not English speaking within the resort. The Slavik bath section was particularly challenging language wise although it was a great experience.

The place is on a lake, and it's incredibly pretty. Waking up to the view of the lake was amazing. The resort has lots of things to do. There's a spa, a nice pool area, and many activities, the gym is amazing. It's great for both relaxing and having fun. Our room was big, comfy, and nicely decorated. It was clean, and we loved the view from our balcony. The staff were really friendly and helpful. They made our stay special, from the moment we arrived. The food at the resort was good, but we also tried local places for more variety. The on-site restaurants were convenient and tasty. In summary, Lake Resort & Spa is a top-notch place. If you want a beautiful and comfortable getaway in Kakheti, Georgia, this is the spot. Highly recommended!

Although there are lots of places where you can take a meal (restaurants, cafes) - it's really complicated to find a dessert there :( We also had some issues with finding a place to buy water. And also a small issue - the wardrobe is located far from the room entry - it's not very convenient to go there in your outdoor clothes during autumn time. It would be great if the hotel places a small hanger next to the entrance.

We've enjoyed our stay very much. A great place, we're going to visit it again in summer. Admirable view, you feel yourself truly close to the nature. I would also like to mention the high level of the service - everyone was friendly and ready to help.

Nothing all was beyond perfection

Oh my god I loved everything literally, everybody was helpful and smiling , sofio is very friendly and took care of us ensuring that everything is ok, the food is amazing I would recommend booking full board, the view was phenomenal and magical, the activities are amazingly relaxing , the kids club staff is so helpful she took my kid to play while giving me a chance to enjoy the view outside, the gym is fantastic , don’t be hesitant and book. it is an unforgettable experience

I wouldn't say I didn't like, but the resort could do few things to accommodate families with babies, like ramps for baby strollers and baby diaper changing stations in restrooms and especially in pool areas.

The place was magical and tranquil. We came there during the week and enjoyed even more quiet resort. Breakfast was very good and restaurants on the premises were great, food and interior. The spa services were amazing and worth the price. Ask for Natalie at the spa, both me and my wife really enjoyed all the procedures and the massage. She is very professional and great at her job!

The F & B offerings are not at the same exceptional standard as the rest of the resort.

The resort is beautiful: serene and calm. The attention to detail throughout is amazing. The lake at the centre of the property gives it a wonderful character.

The hotel and the place is great! Staff is very friendly. There are many activities you can do during your stay, we rented bikes, enjoyed swimming pool and sauna, went with a water bicycle. Lovely place to be back

stayed 5 nights. first booked for 3 nights to make sure that we like it. it was great and we prolonged 2 more nights. we did not have free time during 5 days, venue has lots of activities - tennis, pool, football and basketball statiums, bicycle riding, fishing, catamaran +++++ there are different type of restaurants - italian georgian, european... so with kids it is quiet good to have those choises. hotel upgraded my room from standard duplex to upper one and room was great with double batthrooms staff was great, handling any open question =) btw - you can do hiking to mountains without leaving hotel! fresh air, big lake, nice coffee.... only weekends are crowded, weekdays are amazing !!! enjoyed! many thanks to georgian friends!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It's a great place, very calm and relaxing and the picturesque lake views were an added delight. The staff were wonderful and made me feel right at home. I highly recommend it for a peaceful getaway.

At evening could be more music, the resort at 9 were was quiet , we walked and were looking for some music or place to get time over. And second was the the price of motorcycles, could be a bit appropriate

Breakfast was fabulous, fresh salmon and different kinds of bread are what I very much like to have and was surprised that hotel serves it,;😚😋 Veggies were fresh, hot dishes and pancake everything were delicious . Room was very clean with lake view. The best, helpful ,attantive and most polite personal ever. The area is very nice and calm to relax. At the Breakfast was a lot of variety of food/drinks. In this complex you have everything to stay inside and enjoy with nice nature. We were in Georgia in a lot of hotels but this one was the most amazing. I am sure in summer will be much better. We will definitely come back❤️
