Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GeorgiaFor the whole trip in Georgia, we stayed at the perfect hotel for the first time. Very clean. Everything glitters. The rooms are cozy, clean, air-conditioned, refrigerator, bathroom is in every room. The kitchen has everything. The location is also very good right under the fortress. Everything was perfect. I recommend.

PolandI am doing my best, but I cannot find anything. Maybe no view from the window? ;););) But we didn't mind.
A small, family run hotel, clinically clean and strategically located between marschrutkas station (5 minutes walk, with luggage) and the Rabati Castle (another 5 minutes, or less, stunning view of the castle from the hotel door). Extremely nice staff, communication is possible also in English. They showed us a good restaurant, close to the place, but inconspicuous from outside, I am sure we wouldn't have gone there if it hadn't been for their recommendation. We liked it so much we repeated the following day and we discovered everybody came there: other people we met in the street during our stay. The beds are heavenly comfortable, our daugher had embroided bed linen and felt like a princess, our one had no embroidery, but was so pleasantly silky in touch. We were surprised, we didn't expect such a quality!

PolandThe hotel is situated in a perfect location: not even 5min walking distance from the bus station and literally 30m from the entrance to the Rabati Castle. Still it's a very calm place, our room was clean and comfortable, WiFi worked perfectly and we got more than enough food for breakfast.
