Breakfast was served on a beautiful quiet terrace. A variety of home made local dishes was served by the hostess and everything was homemade and delicious! Every guest was treated like a family member. Thank you, Leila! You were attentive to our needs and were always there to make our stay comfortable.

Follow the street name and house number on your GPS and you will find the gate. Don't be afraid that there are no signs on the gate at all.

Excellent location in the middle of the settlement some steps from the chatedral. Nice garden. Very tasty, varied and generous Georgian breakfast. Nice host. Free parking. Room furnishings are simple and a bit old-fashioned. But for the money you can't expect more. In Georgia, small BBs like this one are often called hotels. Excellent in its category.

Nothing negative, but I would suggest that on hot days thin blankets would be more suitable than those available

The place is beautiful and well maintained. Magda and the mother try very hard to enjoy the time. The breakfast is good, everything is fresh and tasty. Thank you for that.

Beautiful place with a lovely yard covered with grapes where you could park your car. Staying here felt very serene. Great breakfast, the best we had on our week trip of Georgia

Everything! It is nice hotel with "be at home" feeling. The owner and personal was very polite and helpful. There is a possibility to park car just in front of the door and breakfast was traditional, the best we had in Georgia!

1. There was no sign outside to tell you that this is the hotel!! At a minimum, you would expect a sign on the building! 2. It was hard to find a way to drive to the hotel; directions through the pedestrian zone should have been given!

We liked simply everything. The location was awesome. Lela received us pretty well, the hotel was very close from the main square. The room was very clean and the bed/pillows very comfy. The breakfast was really good, simple but with a lot of variety and local delicatessens to try.

The room itself (we had a triple) is pretty small, but we made it work and everything else was great!

It’s a very cute house with nice outdoor areas/yard right in the middle of the old town. The hostess was super sweet and helpful - she helped us with parking, answered all of our questions, prepared a delicious breakfast for us, and even let us pick some of the berries of her berry tree :)

We stayed in around late May. The weather's really hot even at night, and the air-con didn't work.

The host lady's excellent! The homemade breakfast's definitely a 10 (if adding a freshly squeezed juice, it would be 10+)! It is really close to Svetitskhoveli Cathedral. The morning walk around Mtskheta was delightful.
